In reality, the harbour view was very limited and mostly blocked by surrounding buildings. I could hardly see the Harbour Bridge not to mention the to see the Opera House at all."

"Taking a ride-sharing service from the airport to the hotel cost AU$30, which was very convenient, and the journey took about 35 minutes. The hotel is located right off the main street, so it's very quiet at night. There's a police station just one street over, which made me feel safe. Room service only replaced some towels, yellow coffee capsules, and other amenities; there was no actual cleaning. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers are not provided in the room, so please bring your own."

"Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney."

The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay overall. However, because the hotel is a bit older, some of the facilities and decor look a little dated, but the overall maintenance is still good. The staff are also very efficient; whether it was checking in or needing assistance during our stay, their responses were timely and issues were handled smoothly."
