Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and the Royal Botanic Garden. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the room view was disappointing. We booked a 'Skyline King Room,' but there was no skyline visible at all; we just looked out onto old, dilapidated rooftops. The room also felt quite small.

DDenne GohStayed 5 nights at Little National Hotel Sydney and overall it was a solid experience . Super Singaporean-friendly in terms of convenience: location was fantastic, literally next to the metro, walkable to Westfield for shopping, and very near Darling Harbour, plus the staff were always courteous and professional, making the stay smooth and pleasant; the only real complaint, and quite a big one for me, is that for a hotel costing over $200 a night, I shouldn’t have to go to the gym every day just to refill my water bottle — they clearly have space at the lift lobby (enough to put a sofa set), so installing a water dispenser on each floor would really improve the experience; overall a great stay, but this water situation is something they should seriously consider fixing.

GGuest UserPerfect location! It’s a hotel with self check-in but there is an employee that helps. But in the corner there are two desks that also assist with you a face to face check-in service. Room was clean and was told the rooms were recently renovated too. The team was very kind to acknowledge our anniversary stay and prepared an amenity. They have a gym that’s new as well. We were not entitled for the club lounge but seems nice.
But again the location! Also the affordable price compared to other CBD 5 star hotel.

GGuest UserFacilities: Pretty good! I highly recommend the room with a living room and kitchen. It's super convenient – you can buy steak from the supermarket and cook it there. The room also has a washer/dryer combo, which is great for longer stays, making it easy to wash clothes and swimwear. The infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful.
Cleanliness: Quite clean.
Environment: I booked a city view, which was nice. I'd recommend booking a Darling Harbour view though, as it seems to offer a really great view.
Service: Pretty good, I didn't experience the cold or unhelpful service some people mentioned. They were quite friendly and proactive in helping with luggage and arranging taxis and such!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is pretty good, but it's overpriced. The rooms aren't very spacious, and the breakfast isn't really suitable for Chinese palates – there isn't much variety. Also, why is their deposit refund process so incredibly slow? It's been over 10 days since I checked out, and I still haven't received my deposit back. I've even emailed the hotel, but they haven't responded. I've seen other people mention that their deposit refunds are extremely slow too. If this is how they operate, then I definitely can't recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserI chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in. I felt $50 was a bit steep for just two extra hours, so I declined. There's a large supermarket and a food court about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thai food there was pretty good.
The room was reasonably clean, but the facilities were old. The biggest issue was the lack of complimentary bottled water. A bottle of water that sells for $2 at the supermarket costs $5 in the room, which is really unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Also, you can walk to the hotel from T2 and T3 terminals in about 20 minutes, but it's further from T1 (international terminal), requiring a shuttle bus. The $12 per person fee is a bit expensive; if it were free, I think more people would choose to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There are no power outlets by the bedside. They clean the room every day, and it's quite spacious, but the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
As for the location, it's right across from Hyde Park, a few hundred meters from the Australian Museum, and the Museum subway station. While the Opera House is only a little over 1 km away, it still takes a bit of a walk. It's not right in the city center; you have to walk about ten minutes to find food.
It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown, the Opera House, and Darling Harbour. Maybe I walked too much those few days, but it felt a bit far.

GGuest UserThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.
GGuest UserWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
AAnonymous UserVery nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend.
Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card.
They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe.
The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it.
At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much.
The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians.
Yes, all.
As a guest, you are left with no choice.
This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.
