Amazing
TTTWWSWow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

DDenne GohStayed 5 nights at Little National Hotel Sydney and overall it was a solid experience . Super Singaporean-friendly in terms of convenience: location was fantastic, literally next to the metro, walkable to Westfield for shopping, and very near Darling Harbour, plus the staff were always courteous and professional, making the stay smooth and pleasant; the only real complaint, and quite a big one for me, is that for a hotel costing over $200 a night, I shouldn’t have to go to the gym every day just to refill my water bottle — they clearly have space at the lift lobby (enough to put a sofa set), so installing a water dispenser on each floor would really improve the experience; overall a great stay, but this water situation is something they should seriously consider fixing.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. It's also super convenient for catching a ferry from the wharf. The hotel's parking is actually at a Wilson Parking lot. We were told that booking overnight parking in advance through the Wilson app would be much cheaper; we didn't pre-book and it cost us 67 AUD for one night. If you're driving, you can navigate directly to Wilson Parking - Sofitel Wentworth, Sydney CBD, NSW Car Park. The car park entrance is on Blight Street, just behind the hotel's main entrance. When you arrive, you leave your keys with the Wilson staff and they'll park the car for you. You pay when you pick up the car, and they'll bring it back out to you.

GGuest UserWe booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor .  The hotel is beside  Imax cinema .

GGuest UserLet's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

BbluehairClose to the airport. I met two young people who had flown from Melbourne to Sydney, and walked over from Sydney's domestic terminal. The room facilities are a bit dated, but it probably would have been considered a five-star hotel in the 90s. There's only one power outlet on one side of the bed. Some light switches aren't by the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn them off, like the hallway light. The room is quiet. There's a hotel shuttle running all day between Sydney's three terminals. It costs 12 AUD per person. It takes about 20 minutes to reach T1, the furthest terminal. If there are many people, a taxi would be more cost-effective. Breakfast is a simple Western style. For Chinese options, there's congee with pickled vegetables. The pickled vegetables were fermented bamboo shoots, similar to those found in Luosifen (river snail noodles), haha.

Ppeipei anPros: 1. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Hyde Park. It's walking distance to Westfield, the Australian Museum, and the Big Bus stop. 2. For those renting a car, it's super convenient as it's directly an Eurocar pickup point. 3. There are plenty of great eateries nearby. If you're staying here, I'd say skip the hotel breakfast entirely and explore the various brunch spots around. Especially about 300-400 meters from the hotel, there's a fantastic Chaco Ramen place – their Yuzu Scallop ramen is highly recommended! We stayed for four days and ate there twice; both the adults and kids loved it. Cons: 1. The hotel is indeed old, and the facilities generally show their age. This is especially true for the sofa and chairs in the room, which felt a bit dirty. 2. The daily housekeeping service was really subpar; it feels like there's no consistent training. One day they'd toss your pajamas here, the next day they'd put them there... and sometimes, if they felt like it, they'd provide amenities, but if not, even if you were out, they wouldn't replenish them. Used cups also seemed to be placed wherever, without a fixed spot. 3. It felt like there were a lot of Indian guests staying at the hotel. If you're okay with that, then disregard this point. 4. The hotel elevators are very slow, which is particularly frustrating during peak times in the morning when there's heavy traffic!

GGuest UserThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly. If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

3300343****The front desk service was excellent, and the Singaporean staff at the bar and the Hong Kong staff at the concierge were incredibly helpful! The local concierge also assisted with restaurant reservations! It was a wonderful experience! The Korean staff at the front desk were also very helpful!

GGuest UserThe hotel is unique and was renovated from a pier. The location is quite convenient. At the seventh stop of Bigbus, walk about 500 meters to the NSW Art Gallery, and then walk about 500 meters to St. Mary's Church and Hyde Park, and walk about 200 meters to the Sydney Museum. It is about 500 meters from St. Mary's Church to David Jones Shopping Center. It is about one kilometer to the Opera House and the Rocks. It is very suitable for city walks, but not as noisy as the central area.
