Amazing
GGuest UserTraveling to Sydney with my family, we booked two rooms. The hotel upgraded my parents' room for free, and it was very spacious. The service was excellent; they even offered a living room to relax in after check-out. The only downside was the mediocre view.

XXiaoyouyouA perfect and comfortable stay to conclude our Sydney, Australia trip. Upon landing at Sydney domestic airport, I saw on Google Maps 🗺️ that the hotel wasn't far 🏨, so my son and I walked there, which took about 23 minutes. The moment we opened the door, we were amazed. It felt just like coming home. The front desk staff were also very good and nice. Finding food around the hotel was very convenient, with Northeastern Chinese, Sichuanese restaurants, and Asian supermarkets. A large Australian WWS supermarket was also within a 10-minute walk. Mascot train station is within walking distance, and it's just 5 stops directly to Circular Quay, known as the most beautiful station in the Southern Hemisphere. Our 3-night stay was absolutely fantastic! 🈵

GGuest UserI stayed one night at Sydney Central YHA with a friend this time. I’ve actually stayed here a few times before, both in shared dorms and private rooms.
This time, we booked a private room and it was surprisingly spacious. The bathroom was an accessible one, so it felt even bigger than usual, which was a nice bonus.
The location is super convenient, really easy to get around.
The room itself was pretty basic in terms of cleanliness, not bad, but not spotless either. Fine for a short stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.
A couple of small things: the window was quite small, and you can hear noise from nearby rooms quite easily, so it’s not the most soundproof.
One thing I did like that they’ve upgraded the TV. It’s bigger now and you can connect it to Wi-Fi to stream your own stuff, which is actually really handy.
Overall, it’s a practical and convenient option for a short stay.
Ccxssxlynnamazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Rydges World Square and overall had a lovely experience. The room was big and very comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable. My daughters absolutely loved it, especially having plenty of space to relax.
What I appreciated most was the separate room setup for parents and children — it gave us privacy while still being together as a family. That layout made a big difference and made the stay feel even more comfortable and convenient.
However, the car park was quite difficult to find. We had to drive down many levels, and it was confusing as there were different hotels sharing the area.Clearer signage or directions would really help future guests.
The only other disappointment was the pricing. We booked the room for $584, but later noticed the price had dropped to $510. It would have been great to receive the lower rate.
Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

GGuest UserAbsolutely comfortable and nice room, and there’s some free water soaked with fresh fruit in the grand design lobby just in the entrance area which is good👍🏽
And it takes 10mins walk to Central Station and quite convenient to go to many spots in Sydney Center

Ggu****The hotel's location is excellent. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk, you can reach Chinatown, Paddy's Market, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. The room size was adequate, and it was clean and tidy upon arrival, with daily housekeeping being prompt and thorough. The front desk service was also on point.
However, there are a few minor drawbacks:
1. The lighting in the lobby area isn't great; it's generally too dim and looks like it needs a refurbishment. Hopefully, they'll update it soon.
2. We believe our room was in the newer extension of the hotel. There's a noticeable difference in floor levels between the two buildings, and the connection between them is entirely stairs, which is really inconvenient when you have luggage. This also needs an update.
3. The flooring under the carpet in our room was bulging in places and requires maintenance.
GGuest UserExcellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken.

GGuest UserOK for one night.
The hotel is above the pub, which is also very busy in the afternoon.
There is also live music there on Sundays until around 9 p.m.
Everything is perfectly fine, unless you have room 10 next to the washing machine/dryer and sleep next to the ventilation. Even though drying and washing is not allowed after 9 p.m., it was very annoying.
The hotel rooms face the back, so in the morning you also have the noise from the loading area of the supermarket.
On the positive side, the room was in a modern condition and the staff were all very nice.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away.
88UTEY6It was a good location and very convenient hotel for business needs. A lot of business facilities around and also good for restaurants nearby too.
