Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The location was simply excellent. Central Station is right nearby, and everything from restaurants to supermarkets is within easy reach. I was also able to walk to the University of Sydney and the Opera House. It was reassuring to have Japanese-speaking staff available.

I celebrated my birthday during a 4-night stay at Kimpton Margot, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my birthday even more special. The hotel is in a great CBD location, with easy access to trams and the metro, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was comfortable, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. The only minor area for improvement is the complimentary minibar, as it wasn’t always refilled automatically and required a reminder. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney
