Very central and convenient location and nice neighbourhood around with heaps of local win bars and specialty coffee shops. Concierge is friendly, attentive, and professional. Lift is a bit old and slow, but still functional. And Shower can be improved so water is not splashing all over the place after being use.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are quite spacious, and come with a fridge, kitchen, and stove, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is super conveniently located; just a few minutes' walk to the right is the train station, bus station, a large supermarket, and various restaurants. It's easy to get anywhere from here. It's also very close to the airport, accessible by taxi or train. The cheapest option is the bus, which also goes there. It's incredibly convenient!

Environment: The environment is excellent – clean and tidy. The surrounding area has all the necessary amenities, and transportation is very convenient, with the subway station just a 3-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around. Service: The service is also top-notch. The staff are warm and professional, making both check-in and communication smooth. They are prompt in responding to any requests, making you feel right at home. The only minor drawback is that it can be a bit noisy at night due to constant traffic, which slightly affected my sleep.

We stayed in the Rydges World Square family room for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

The room was spotless and came with a kitchenette. Housekeeping diligently replaced amenities daily. The location is fantastic; it's just a 10-minute walk to Chinatown, the train station, or the light rail. We stayed in a double room with an extra bed. While the kitchenette was a nice touch, it lacked sufficient cooking utensils, and the stovetop's orientation made it a bit awkward to use. However, overall, we were very satisfied with the environment and service.

The hotel location is very convenient, right next to the train station and light rail. There's also a lounge where you can relax and enjoy free hot drinks. On Saturday nights, if there's an event at the bar next door, the soundproofing isn't great, but it always ends promptly at 12 AM.

It's in Chinatown, an Asian crew hotel, convenient for getting to the city center and a handy meeting point for one-day tours.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to St James station, and right next to Westfield and QVB. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable. We opted for a quiet room, but the slight inconvenience was having to take an elevator to the front desk, then walk up stairs to another elevator, which was a bit awkward with luggage.

I only stayed 1 night so its hard to give a good review. The place is like a residential apartment. Lots of space, very clean and has what you need. There is a small pool and underground parking for $15 a day. The staff were friendly enough. I did have an issue with the key after hours and even after calling I got no assistand another guest let me in. I dont like their key system and its stairs up to the 3rd floor.

Reasonable price, but the hotel looks a bit old and has an unpleasant odour. The carpet definitely needs a deep clean, and the air conditioner was dripping all night. The one good thing about this hotel is the excellent customer service. Car park was great, overall it ok.
