GGuest UserIt’s very convenient for walking around downtown and Nob Hill. Both the bathroom and the private room were tidy and clean. Staff was really supportive. The only thing I was disappointed with was the amenities—there was only shampoo available in the shower, with no body soap or conditioner.

GGuest UserSoaking pool is worth the stay. It’s an old place so have a little patience with the elevator and if you need a toilet close by, be sure to communicate that request with front desk at check-in and they might make an accommodation for you.

AAnonymous UserStaffs at the reception are so nice and friendly. I want to use the laundry, she took me to the laundry room and taught me how to use step by step without being rush. Room is clean. Good location close to bus stop. Walking distance to union station

GGuest UserThe staff 々 is very kind. The room was also very clean! I didn't have a hair dryer in the room, and when I told the staff, they gave it out. There was also a morning snack and I was able to spend very comfortable.

It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
