GGuest UserThis guesthouse was fantastic! My entire stay, right from check-in, was incredibly pleasant and worry-free. The room was beautifully decorated in a traditional Uyghur style and came with comprehensive amenities. It was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. We were even greeted with fresh fruit upon arrival! The host also shared excellent recommendations for local specialty restaurants. The service was truly attentive. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI was recommended to Zhiyou by a friend. She said the boss is very nice, doesn't talk much but is easy to get along with, and makes good coffee. When I arrived at Zhiyou, I felt that the environment was really nice and the facilities were relatively complete. When I went there, they were just cleaning the rooms that other people had stayed in. They were very serious and replaced all the bedding with new ones. This was a very normal thing and made me feel more at ease. There were some minor problems in the middle, but the boss solved them immediately and was very efficient. When checking out and chatting with the waiter, they kept praising the boss and saying he had a good heart. The boss was very generous and let me take a bottle of drink when I left. In short, it was a great experience to travel alone. By the way, the boss even went out to borrow a bicycle for me so that I could travel around the ancient city. Very satisfied! ! !

RREGINA JIA LING CHOOGreat hotel in great location, walkable to everywhere in Kashgar ancient city, food, etc.
We come back here for the 2nd night after Tashkurgan. The room was cleaned, nice and modern.
There is a coffee machine at the lobby, the staff at the front desk always help us with the coffee.
The staffs also gave us a late check out as we have to catch evening flight.
Staffs at front desks and security are great, helpful and good service-minded, they always greet and welcome us with smiles, help with luggage. But they keep asking to put 5-star rating. It’s understandable if you ask once or twice. It’s a bit too annoying to be asked for 5-star like 10 times during our check out process.
Despite some downsides above, we would stay at this hotel again if we come back in Kashgar.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day.
The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.
The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

GGuest UserA good option in Kashgar. I stayed there two times and the first room was much better than the second. It was a room with two single beds on the 6th floor, clean, spacious and confortable. Bathroom is a bit small but it was clean and modern. The second room was a double bed room and some of the furniture showed signs of the time passing by and the bathroom was not as clean. Still, a good option overall.

The B&B has a very good environment and is designed with unique features. It is very beautiful. The location is excellent and very convenient. The ladies at the B&B are very beautiful, considerate and gentle. The service is very good.

BBenwilson06We stayed in December when it was very cold and snowing. The room was cold and the heater is not very good. It’s actually the air conditioning unit and it is positioned by the front door to the room, which is a strange position as it’s far from the room itself. So we felt quite cold. The staff did all they can by providing extra blankets. In fact, the staff are very helpful. The location is good and convenient. I do think the owner should invest in an adequate heating system for the room.

Mmurmur～I had set my eyes on the courtyard early on and placed reservations for several nights. However, due to schedule issues, I was only able to stay for one night, but I still had some very good memories with my family. The boss is very nice. We contacted each other via WeChat in advance. Just because he heard that I liked Fig Courtyard, he locked the room for us directly and upgraded it from the Moroccan-style family suite to the pavilion. There is a big bed and the sofa can also be turned into a small bed of 1.2 meters, which is just right for a family of four. The boss was a warm-hearted girl who obviously treated the guests as friends: ”It would be more comfortable for the whole family to drink tea together in the pavilion.” She asked the Uyghur girl to bring black tea and a large basket of fruit. Drinking tea together, the whole family fell asleep comfortably in the pavilion. The time and the world outside no longer mattered.
