這次入住鳳梧棲酒店的大床房，體驗真的超出預期，房間本身衞生做得也很乾凈，床品帶着淡淡的清香，記憶棉枕頭睡的舒服，住得特別安心。設施也很完善，空調製冷是中央空調，電視75寸畫質清晰，連床頭的插座設計都很貼心還有usb插口，細節處能感覺到用心。最加分的是服務員的服務，從進門時前台熱情的指引，到入住期間有需求時的快速響應，都讓人覺得特別舒服。早上路過餐廳，工作人員還會主動打招呼，詢問口味是否合心意，那種親切又不過度的熱情，讓人心裏暖暖的。總之，無論是窗外的公園美景、乾淨舒適的房間，還是貼心周到的服務，都讓人挑不出毛病，下次來肯定還選這裏！

The hotel is definitely not up to the par of 3 stars and it is far below a 2 star hotel that I stayed before in the city. The room is not a smart room as the smart system can only control the open and close of the curtain and is not even sound sensitive which you have to call it multiple times to activate the system. There is no main switch at the bed side table and you have to turn off all the switch one by one. The room is also a bit dusty especially the remote control of the tv. Breakfast provided is just okay and is puzzled that this is the first hotel that I stayed in xinjiang that never provide any single meat as part of the breakfast.

The front desk service attitude is particularly good. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will say hello. The room is large enough. The floor is clean. The bedding is soft. The bathroom is non-slip and safe. The overall environment is very good. Quiet facilities are well-equipped. I am afraid that the new 4-diamond hotel requirements are met. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar.
