GGuest UserI went to visit the ancient city of Kashgar. A friend recommended this Orange Hotel. It was great. The hygiene and environment were beyond expectations. The lady at the front desk was super pretty. When you entered the lobby, there was a burst of orange fragrance. The toothpaste in the room was orange-flavored, and so was the shower gel. It was really great. I like it~ If you are visiting Northern Xinjiang and are transiting in Kashgar, you can book this hotel directly~

The hotel room facilities are good, the sanitary environment is good, the location and scenery are good, the free breakfast is good, and it has a five-star rating. In particular, the front desk staff Xiaomai, Xiaoxia, Aishajiang, Nur and other service staff were particularly good, and they also helped us apply for delayed service and airport drop-off service. AAnonymous UserThe first time I stayed at this hotel, the experience was very bad. The washbasin was not very open. It was a bit blocked. The standard room was booked. The other bed had a large blood stain. It was originally for them to come up and see it. It was very sleepy at night. I didn’t let them come up for a long time. Toothpaste and paper towels were not sent, but the waiter found me in the morning. We went out early and took the initiative to let us drink soy milk. It was quite intimate.

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
