GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is large and there are flowers, equipped with intelligent robots. The front desk service was very good and gave us a free upgrade to the room type! The rooms are very clean and tidy, all intelligently controlled, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, the restaurant is also very large, the breakfast is very fresh.

GGuest User這次入住鳳梧棲酒店的大床房，體驗真的超出預期，房間本身衞生做得也很乾凈，床品帶着淡淡的清香，記憶棉枕頭睡的舒服，住得特別安心。設施也很完善，空調製冷是中央空調，電視75寸畫質清晰，連床頭的插座設計都很貼心還有usb插口，細節處能感覺到用心。最加分的是服務員的服務，從進門時前台熱情的指引，到入住期間有需求時的快速響應，都讓人覺得特別舒服。早上路過餐廳，工作人員還會主動打招呼，詢問口味是否合心意，那種親切又不過度的熱情，讓人心裏暖暖的。總之，無論是窗外的公園美景、乾淨舒適的房間，還是貼心周到的服務，都讓人挑不出毛病，下次來肯定還選這裏！

- Environment and Facilities:
- Cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the stay was comfortable.
- Unique style, much like a Moroccan B&B, with a beautiful setting.
- Convenient Transportation: Within walking distance of several ancient city attractions, including the Hanging Gardens and Grandpa's Grandpa's Wolf, the B&B is within easy reach.
- Attentive Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping with luggage to the exit area to get a taxi. Very friendly.
- Summary: Reasonable price, excellent experience, highly recommended, and would stay here again. Thank you for the B&B's service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite nice with the room being modern and clean. The bed is comfortable and there is free breakfast on the 21st floor. Unfortunately, it is a smoker hotel, even if on Trip it states that there are non smoker rooms and the rooms do smell quite smokey. The staff did offer to move rooms though, so they do try to make it right

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely not up to the par of 3 stars and it is far below a 2 star hotel that I stayed before in the city. The room is not a smart room as the smart system can only control the open and close of the curtain and is not even sound sensitive which you have to call it multiple times to activate the system. There is no main switch at the bed side table and you have to turn off all the switch one by one. The room is also a bit dusty especially the remote control of the tv. Breakfast provided is just okay and is puzzled that this is the first hotel that I stayed in xinjiang that never provide any single meat as part of the breakfast.

HHujiaobaoheI have lived in this house before, the location is very good, close to the ancient city, convenient to the airport, the price is suitable, the room is large and clean. So I continued to choose this one this time, but this experience was not very good. I knew that the low floor of the hotel was being renovated, so I specially asked us to give us a quiet room on the high floor. Who thought that the hotel's high floors began to be renovated? I can live in a low-floor room that has just been renovated for less than a week. The taste is very heavy. I really didn’t see what was being renovated. The room was also under construction outside the street. I had to open the window and have to endure the noise of day and night construction. I hope the hotel will pay more attention.

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

Must give a five-star praise 🌟 The location is super superior, just in the city center, the surrounding shopping malls, food courts, very close to the ancient city Wanda, travel and foraging are very convenient, the environment and facilities can not be faulted. The living room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very stylish. It is a national style. I come from the north. I love it. If there is a room, the front desk lady also upgraded us to a tatami viewing standard room for free. Hahahaha, I love it too much. 🧡 The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was very clean. A good night's sleep The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also equipped with a humidifier. The details are full of 💯 The service is not to say. From the staff who check in at the front desk to the aunt who cleans the room, everyone is warm and caring. When checking in, the front desk lady not only was fast and efficient, but also took the initiative to recommend me fun places around. During the stay, if there is any demand, the staff can respond quickly and solve it properly.
