MM515764****The hotel lobby is large and there are flowers, equipped with intelligent robots. The front desk service was very good and gave us a free upgrade to the room type! The rooms are very clean and tidy, all intelligently controlled, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, the restaurant is also very large, the breakfast is very fresh.

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel with children, it is a treasure choice for parent-child travel! The room is bright and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the child especially likes the cute panda pattern bedding, which is very beautiful. The bathroom design is reasonable, dry and wet separation, convenient and hygienic to use. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. They also provided children with toiletries. The children were very happy. Next time you travel, choose here!

- Environment and Facilities:
- Cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the stay was comfortable.
- Unique style, much like a Moroccan B&B, with a beautiful setting.
- Convenient Transportation: Within walking distance of several ancient city attractions, including the Hanging Gardens and Grandpa's Grandpa's Wolf, the B&B is within easy reach.
- Attentive Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping with luggage to the exit area to get a taxi. Very friendly.
- Summary: Reasonable price, excellent experience, highly recommended, and would stay here again. Thank you for the B&B's service.

CChristoph RiessThis hotel has Old Town in its name. But the old town is at least 1 km away. The hotel occupies the top six floors of a 22 story building, that definitely shows some wear. The elevators look very used. The room was completely fine and clean. The furniture looked a bit worn. The bed was very good. The breakfast was below average. There are only two washing machines and dryers.

GGuest UserThe front desk service is very good, but this is the worst Starway Hotel I have ever stayed in. Maybe because it was renovated in 2019, the quilt and pillow smelled of cigarettes. When I booked, there was a welcome fruit plate but it was not given. When I asked, they told me to ask the restaurant staff, but their attitude was very good. There was breakfast when we booked, but we went there at 10:00, and there was nothing left. We only ate corn and sweet potatoes, and there was nothing to drink. It might be because it was Chinese New Year, so there were few people and the supply was insufficient to meet the demand. However, the breakfast was also the simplest among all the Starway hotels, and it was not worth it. The shower spray is very small and takes a long time. Fortunately, it was booked for one day, so I left quickly.

Must give a five-star praise 🌟 The location is super superior, just in the city center, the surrounding shopping malls, food courts, very close to the ancient city Wanda, travel and foraging are very convenient, the environment and facilities can not be faulted. The living room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very stylish. It is a national style. I come from the north. I love it. If there is a room, the front desk lady also upgraded us to a tatami viewing standard room for free. Hahahaha, I love it too much. 🧡 The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was very clean. A good night's sleep The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also equipped with a humidifier. The details are full of 💯 The service is not to say. From the staff who check in at the front desk to the aunt who cleans the room, everyone is warm and caring. When checking in, the front desk lady not only was fast and efficient, but also took the initiative to recommend me fun places around. During the stay, if there is any demand, the staff can respond quickly and solve it properly.
