MM33651****It was a very satisfying living experience. The boss was easygoing and friendly. I also liked the style of the room. There was no peculiar smell, it was very clean, and it was very comfortable to live in. Frankly speaking, this was the most comfortable place I stayed in during my two-week trip to Xinjiang. It had the cleanliness and tidiness of a hotel, but with some human touch, like visiting a friend's home. The most important thing was that I met a little puppy who liked me and I liked him very much too. Next time I come to Xinjiang, I will stay at his house again and visit my little friend.

GGuest UserElla / Shen, the owner is a very nice person and her DIY wine project is cool. The male dorm was nice and clean, the bunks had a good curtain and I was lucky with the people staying there, people were respectful with the sleeping times etc. and I think the instructions by the hostel helped with this. The instructions were definitely a good thing to have but they could be also developed more with the guest’s needs in mind, I would think how to make the things as accessible as possible and try to think outside of the box, try to see ot with the eyes of a foreigner that most likely struggles a lot with the local character system and finding their way around - very basic things. The client service is key here. Thank you for the stay, I wish all the best for the future.

HHeiqiaoxianshengThe front desk service was attentive and meticulous, and the staff were warm and professional. The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth and made me feel right at home. Furthermore, the facilities were complete and comfortable; the rooms were spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary smart devices, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a undisturbed night's rest. The cleanliness was also excellent, with a tidy and hygienic environment, providing a worry-free stay. The only downside was the lack of parking, with only paid parking available. This was inconvenient for those traveling by car.

RREGINA JIA LING CHOOGreat hotel in great location, walkable to everywhere in Kashgar ancient city, food, etc.
We come back here for the 2nd night after Tashkurgan. The room was cleaned, nice and modern.
There is a coffee machine at the lobby, the staff at the front desk always help us with the coffee.
The staffs also gave us a late check out as we have to catch evening flight.
Staffs at front desks and security are great, helpful and good service-minded, they always greet and welcome us with smiles, help with luggage. But they keep asking to put 5-star rating. It’s understandable if you ask once or twice. It’s a bit too annoying to be asked for 5-star like 10 times during our check out process.
Despite some downsides above, we would stay at this hotel again if we come back in Kashgar.

GGuest UserThe landlady of the inn bought us tea and showed us around Kashgar Old City at night.
When I tried to give a tip at the end, she said it wasn't necessary.
I've been to over 50 countries, but this is the first time I've stayed in an inn like this.
If the landlady hadn't shown me around, I'm sure my impression of Kashgar would have been completely different.
The location is also a great spot for Instagram, so I highly recommend it.

YYouyizainidechengI stayed two nights at Courtyard No. 2! It had the best butler service I've ever experienced in a hotel or guesthouse! The guesthouse offers 24-hour butler service, and the two young Uyghur butlers, Xiao Mu and Xiao Ai, were incredibly considerate and attentive! They accompanied me around the old town, helping with my bags and belongings, and even brought me bottled water when I left! They prepared fruit for me when I returned! My bag got dirty at the old town security check, and the two butlers meticulously cleaned it with toothbrushes and dried it with a hairdryer, neatly arranging it on the tatami mat! I was truly touched!
I spent a whole day exploring the old town, and the two butlers accompanied me throughout. Their guidance at many of the sights saved me a lot of trouble!
The courtyard was exquisitely designed, with well-arranged plants and unique Xinjiang elements like camel bells, a traditional heated brick bed, and tiled walls, all exuding exotic charm! The room floors were thoughtfully designed, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and there were even neck pillows—you could tell the whole team worked hard and was highly professional!
Turning away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and the shops lining the streets, returning to this tranquil and beautiful courtyard was refreshing and comfortable! The refrigerator was stocked with an endless supply of juice and beer, along with exquisite braised meat platters, and plenty of fruit and pastries—enough to keep up with every meal! Breakfast offered both Chinese and Xinjiang styles, although the Xinjiang-style naan bread was a bit hard, perhaps a local preference. Kashgar evenings are cool, and the butler provides a heater and shawl; sitting on the earthen kang (heated brick bed) in the courtyard for a drink was incredibly comfortable!
Staying at such a guesthouse and having such a butler made the long journey worthwhile and will surely leave a lasting and beautiful memory!
Next time I'm in Kashgar, I definitely want to experience the other courtyards! This time, I also had afternoon tea at Courtyard No. 7, but I couldn't have dinner or a bar at Courtyard No. 9, nor could I extend my stay at my preferred Courtyard No. 1, so I have to come back to Kashgar! Back to the Silk Road! Because the Silk Road is my destination! 🧚♀️

HHuanyuqianxingThis guesthouse was such a pleasant surprise! It's genuinely pet-friendly. The owner absolutely adores dogs, and the staff at the front desk are incredibly affectionate with them. The rooms were spotlessly clean. There was absolutely no lingering odor, which meant our dogs didn't feel the need to mark their territory. Even the terrace was cleaned daily. In stark contrast to some places in Kashgar Old City – which claim to be pet-friendly but then discriminate against larger dogs (even refusing entry to them) – this guesthouse truly offered peace of mind and a welcoming atmosphere. I've stayed here twice now when passing through Kashgar, and each time it truly felt like a home away from home!

KKunlinshuoThe hotel has particularly convenient transportation, just at the entrance of the western district of Kashgar Old Town. There are 2 buses at the door that can go directly to the airport, and 8 buses can go directly to the Kashgar Railway Station. Downstairs of the hotel is the oil painting street, surrounded by net red punching points, through the underground passage is the eastern Khan Bazaar. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful. When the house is full, it is warm. The bath water is very stable all day. Special thanks to all the enthusiastic service staff 🙏
