Kashgar City Hotels with Gym

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

Traveling to Xinjiang, I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at at the end of the trip. In particular, the manager in the picture is very service-minded and responds promptly to guests' needs. After checking in, I asked if the hotel had a humidifier. I was told no. An hour later, one was delivered to me. He said that the manager bought it and it must be praised. For southerners, Xinjiang is too dry and a humidifier is a necessity. The hotel's decoration design is also very reasonable, especially the one-button flush next to the toilet, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, on the edge of the city, and houses are being built opposite, so there is no view, but everything else is good.

This was a stay where every detail was taken care of, so I absolutely have to write a positive review. My stay at the Radisson Hotel was originally just a normal trip. My requirements for a hotel were simply cleanliness, convenience, and a good night's rest. However, I didn't expect that from check-in to check-out, a few minor service incidents would completely win me over. That's why I want to write a detailed, long review. The first incident happened during check-in. We arrived quite early, had a lot of luggage, and were traveling with elderly family members and a child. As soon as we got out of the car, a bellhop proactively came to help with our bags, and the front desk immediately offered us bottled water, asking us to wait a moment. I thought we'd have to wait a long time, but the front desk quickly arranged a room and specifically assigned us a quiet room close to the elevator, explaining it would be convenient for the seniors and child. During the check-in process, the staff also thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, and mentioned the children's favorite pet park. They even prepared vegetables for feeding the animals and reminded us about breakfast times and elevator locations. Honestly, these things weren't groundbreaking, but that feeling of 'they've already thought of it before you even asked' was a huge plus. The second incident occurred in the room that evening. My child accidentally spilled juice on the carpet, and I was a bit embarrassed when I called housekeeping. To my surprise, an attendant arrived in a few minutes, and as she cleaned, she comforted me, saying, 'It's okay, these things happen when you're traveling with children.' After cleaning, she even gave a small lamb toy to my child and reminded us not to let the child step on the wet area. In that moment, it really felt like the hotel's service wasn't just a cold, impersonal process, but that someone genuinely cared about our experience. The third incident was at breakfast the next day. The server was very attentive. When they overheard my elderly family member mentioning that their teeth weren't very good, they proactively recommended porridge and steamed egg, and even helped warm up milk. It wasn't an over-the-top kind of enthusiasm, but rather very natural and well-judged. Besides these service details, the hotel's cleanliness, bedding, soundproofing, environment, facilities, breakfast, and location were all good, making for a very comfortable stay. But what truly made me want to give a five-star rating were the people here. The front desk, housekeeping, bellhop, and restaurant staff – everyone was patient and had a strong service awareness. It wasn't a formulaic smile; it was that when you genuinely needed help, they were right there and willing to go the extra mile. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with this stay and have already recommended it to friends. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again next time I visit. Thank you to the hotel team for adding such a warm memory to my trip.

The rooms are clean and odor-free, the cloths are clean and the public areas are in place.  The reception was warm, the response was timely, and the staff was attentive and thoughtful.  The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom water pressure is stable, the air conditioning and network are running smoothly. The breakfast category is rich and local fruits are provided in Xinjiang. The lobby is super luxurious and provides children's amusement facilities. Unfortunately, there is no photo. Convenient travel, complete dining around, quiet and not noisy, very cost-effective, recommend friends who come to Kashgar for business trips are great [strong][strong]

This hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore. The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, offering comfort, practicality, and an aesthetic appeal. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff's service attitude is excellent.

I personally feel the location is better than Yifei's. It's only a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of the Old City. You can park your car in a large public parking lot, and parking fees are waived if you register your license plate at the hotel front desk. When entering the parking lot, take the second lane on the left (next to a supermarket) to get to the alley leading to the hotel. You'll see Kunlun Tower from there, and the hotel entrance is just past the 'I❤️Kashgar' sign. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, and the public areas are very photogenic. They offer complimentary fruit drinks and tea, which are delicious, and small items like dental floss, which is much needed after eating all that beef and lamb in Xinjiang! The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and there's plenty of water pressure for showering. They even provide facial cleanser. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. The breakfast restaurant also offers a good variety of choices. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. However, 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM is peak time, so it's quite hard to get a turn.

This hotel is perfectly located right across from the Old City entrance, and just a short walk from the popular Rainbow Lane and Budai Lane. It's ideal for self-driving trips as there's parking available downstairs. The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are slightly more dated compared to other hotels I stayed at during this Xinjiang trip. Otherwise, everything else was great. Convenient transportation and comprehensive facilities.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable.

Facilities: The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel; if you have a lot of luggage, you can call to arrange for a car to pick you up. Environment: It's right across from the old town, making it very convenient to get there. There are restaurants next to the hotel, and it gets quite crowded with people having late-night snacks. Service: The front desk was efficient with check-in and even upgraded my room for free. It would be even better if they reminded guests whether they were driving when checking out, so they wouldn't forget to enter their license plate number. I've stayed at this hotel many times, and each time it's been great. This time, a specialty shop opened next door, offering excellent value for money.

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
