NnbclockThe location of the homestay is excellent, and the decoration is very unique. When you open the colorful windows, you can see the most authentic life scene in Kashgar downstairs: children playing, residents taking a walk, and the Western Princess's performance of seeking a husband. It is very quiet after midnight, which is conducive to sleep. The proprietress knows life very well, exudes a philosophical flavor, and her singing is also very beautiful😊

GGuest UserElla / Shen, the owner is a very nice person and her DIY wine project is cool. The male dorm was nice and clean, the bunks had a good curtain and I was lucky with the people staying there, people were respectful with the sleeping times etc. and I think the instructions by the hostel helped with this. The instructions were definitely a good thing to have but they could be also developed more with the guest’s needs in mind, I would think how to make the things as accessible as possible and try to think outside of the box, try to see ot with the eyes of a foreigner that most likely struggles a lot with the local character system and finding their way around - very basic things. The client service is key here. Thank you for the stay, I wish all the best for the future.

SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day.
The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.
The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

AAnonymous UserDuring our trip to Xinjiang, Kashgar Wanda Yuehua is not the closest to the ancient city, nor the latest opening time, but in general, it can be said that it is the best hotel with the comprehensive experience. On the one hand, Wanda's unified management ensures that the hotel's maintenance and maintenance have reached a quite good level. On the other hand, the staff of this Yuehua Hotel are of high quality, warm hospitality and caring (the front desk has a QR code for the service work number, If you have any questions or needs, you can directly connect to the hotel team on WeChat, almost similar to the simple version of St. Regis butler service). So I have already stayed in other hotels later, and I have stayed back at the strong request of my parents. All aspects are very good, clean, quiet, parking lot has charging piles, the front desk has free dried fruit and warm tea, full score recommended!

The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located close to the main attractions and business districts. As soon as we entered the lobby, the warm and professional service of the front desk staff left a deep impression on us and checked in quickly and efficiently.
The room was spacious and bright and cleaned spotlessly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making us sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are modern and tidy, and the design of dry and wet separation is very intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, delicious taste, providing a full day of energy.
The most commendable thing is the meticulous service of the staff, always smiling and responsive. This stay experience far exceeded expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to all passengers, I will definitely choose here again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was exactly as pictured, and the upgraded room type was even more spacious. It had a smart toilet, and the shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Even though the window faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. After more than ten days of traveling in Xinjiang, I had long run out of my own lotion. Only three hotels on my trip provided lotion, so when I discovered this one did, I was genuinely thrilled! Finally, I could relieve the dryness and itchiness on my legs – huge praise for that! The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good too. Plus, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is super convenient. While a taxi to the airport isn't expensive, having this service just feels incredibly thoughtful.

PPengran1999The breakfast is an absolute steal! It perfectly blends local southern Xinjiang specialties with common northern and southern Chinese dishes. You've got handmade yogurt, freshly baked naan, a full spread of local cold dishes, a live noodle station, and fresh leafy greens – a real rarity in Xinjiang. Every day, I'd fill up before heading out to explore the ancient city. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot on.

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

BBlade.around.the.worldI had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels.
Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter.
The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall.
The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
