"Came here on a popular weekend, the hotel was fully booked. The location is easy to find with navigation. Parking is available at the guesthouse, though the alley can be a bit tricky to navigate. Since we drove, but parking was a hassle, we mostly used taxis to get around. The street outside is full of wholesale shops and is constantly congested. There are also many late-night food stalls in the evening. The room was very clean, and the showerhead was large with great water pressure, making for a comfortable shower (though it's an electric water heater, so it only supports one person showering at a time; the second person has to wait). Shampoo and shower gel (P&G Rejoice brand) were provided. There’s also a rooftop where you can dry clothes, which is very convenient! Pic 4 shows the exaggerated Xinjiang-style decor. "The front desk service at this hotel really impressed me. It was truly considerate! I accidentally booked a king-sized bed when I was traveling with a friend, and when I mentioned it at the front desk, the manager immediately upgraded us to a twin room. That was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious, the TV was very convenient, and the hygiene was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"Lovely hotel in great location. Rooftop area which looked over the back of the show outside the ancient town area. Breakfast upon request was delivered in small takeaway boxes. Cute but a lot of plastic waste. However the rooms had the big water dispensers in with the kettle attached which was great. Shower area had big shared bottles of shampoo etc., which was also great 😊"

"Our last day in Southern Xinjiang was absolutely exhausting – an 11-hour drive from Aksu to the 'Westernmost Point,' then back to Kashgar. The moment we parked the car and walked into the hotel lobby, the tranquil and elegant atmosphere instantly melted away all our fatigue. After checking in at the front desk and getting our room cards, a young bellhop kindly helped us with our luggage all the way to our room and patiently explained how to use the smart voice control system. Our room had a large balcony directly facing Kunlun Tower, and the night view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is also excellent, about a kilometer from the East Gate of the Old City, making it super convenient for watching the opening ceremony and exploring Gaotai Ancient Homes. The most thoughtful touch was the free congee (century egg and lean pork congee, millet congee) and some light snacks offered in the evening. After days of non-stop kebabs and nang, this was an absolute lifesaver for our stomachs! 🌙 When we checked out, the bellhop again accompanied us to the roadside and helped us load our luggage into the car. Breakfast hours are long, and the variety is plentiful. And by the way, parking is extremely convenient. All in all, highly recommended!"

"Staying at the Radisson Collection in Kashgar exceeded my expectations! The hotel beautifully blends Western Regions charm with modern design. The environment is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I especially want to commend Steven Pan, the manager of the Baza All-Day Dining restaurant! Throughout my stay, he was incredibly patient and attentive, proactively asking about my dining experience and promptly addressing all my requests. He was personable and highly professional. The Baza restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious food, from freshly made beef noodles and authentic Xinjiang baked samsa to exquisite Western dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Steven's dedicated service made my trip to Kashgar exceptionally comfortable, truly a perfect stay!"

"Of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip with my elderly parents, Atour was definitely the most modern and high-tech. The facilities are indeed top-notch. The entire hotel has a very artistic design, and the rooms are highly intelligent. The bedding and toiletries are of excellent quality. Plus, Rose Only is right downstairs! The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options. However, I felt the hotel was a bit too new, and some of the staff's training might not yet meet the standards for a hotel of this caliber. Perhaps there was also a language barrier, as communication was a bit challenging at times. I believe that with time and more mature service training, this hotel could easily become one of Kashgar's top establishments."

"This hotel was a hidden gem on my trip to Kashgar, and my stay was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right next to Kashgar Old City. It's just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate, making it super easy to catch the morning opening ceremony and convenient for exploring. The hotel's decor beautifully blends the rich ethnic styles of southern Xinjiang. The lobby is elegant and tasteful, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The bedding is soft and comfy, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and thoughtful, providing meticulous service and even sharing helpful local travel tips. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. For those driving, there's a huge free parking lot, and the thoughtful airport transfer service was a wonderful bonus. My stay here was full of happiness. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Kashgar; you can book it with your eyes closed – you won't be disappointed!"

"I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand."

"hotel is very well designed with local authentic style, very convenient to get in because it is close to the south gate of ancient town. The receptionist is very helpful, very friendly, the first day when we arrived the hotel sent receptionist to the gate to help us carry our luggages and took us inside. This is the ancient town so you need to get luggages checked through security scanning machine. The ancient town is very beautiful and it is a must visit when you come to South Xinjiang. In general we feel very comfortable and convenient to stay in this home stay. First night as the hotel was full so we had to stay in a small room, but when we came back after several days they provided us a big room, I can feel their care to the guests and tried to serve at their best"

"My stay at the Hanting Hotel in Kashgar was excellent! The room was large and spacious, and the facilities were complete. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the service was attentive. It's very close to Kashgar Old City, and there are also shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing or shopping. It's definitely a top choice for a trip to Kashgar!"
