"The service was overall good. It’s a better hotel as compared to value suites. The location is just a stone throw from greensquare station. It’s very near the air port as well. Theres cooking facilities in the room. Fridge is huge as well. The only flip side is that it doesn’t do daily housekeeping. We went during the Anzac Day weekend and the room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days.
Other than that, the room is really good."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. It's also super convenient for catching a ferry from the wharf.
The hotel's parking is actually at a Wilson Parking lot. We were told that booking overnight parking in advance through the Wilson app would be much cheaper; we didn't pre-book and it cost us 67 AUD for one night.
If you're driving, you can navigate directly to Wilson Parking - Sofitel Wentworth, Sydney CBD, NSW Car Park. The car park entrance is on Blight Street, just behind the hotel's main entrance.
When you arrive, you leave your keys with the Wilson staff and they'll park the car for you. You pay when you pick up the car, and they'll bring it back out to you.

PPuwuFirst stop in Sydney! Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. The location is unbeatable; it's so convenient to get anywhere, perfect for a city walk. It's also very friendly for fashion lovers.
The lobby isn't maintained very well, it only looks good when the lights are on at night.
We were upgraded to a super awesome ocean view room this time, which made me really happy!
I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast and the dinner buffet – both are top-notch in Sydney.
BBubuDuduOnTheGoThe hotel was alright, definitely spacious and in a convenient location. The living room and bedroom is excellent in my books. However, it’s a bit dated, and the toilet shows its age. We encountered small cockroaches each evening we returned, luckily just the slow kind that you can easily catch. I appreciated the green programme that rewards guests who skip room service with vouchers, but the voucher has limited use, especially with the breakfast spread being quite limited; honestly, you’re better off heading out to nearby cafés instead. Skipping housekeeping also meant I had to dispose of my own trash, and the recycling bins near the lifts kept piling up without being cleared. Can be better.
AAnonymous UserWe stayed in the Rydges World Square family room for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There are no power outlets by the bedside. They clean the room every day, and it's quite spacious, but the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
As for the location, it's right across from Hyde Park, a few hundred meters from the Australian Museum, and the Museum subway station. While the Opera House is only a little over 1 km away, it still takes a bit of a walk. It's not right in the city center; you have to walk about ten minutes to find food.
It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown, the Opera House, and Darling Harbour. Maybe I walked too much those few days, but it felt a bit far.

GGuest UserAwesome place to stay would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to family and friends. Super small things cracked basin ,stained valance and missing remote are the only things stopping me from rating it 10 out of 10 so it's a 9.5 from me .Such an awesome spot easy to get to everything and awesome polite staff .

GGuest UserThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.
GGuest UserOK for one night.
The hotel is above the pub, which is also very busy in the afternoon.
There is also live music there on Sundays until around 9 p.m.
Everything is perfectly fine, unless you have room 10 next to the washing machine/dryer and sleep next to the ventilation. Even though drying and washing is not allowed after 9 p.m., it was very annoying.
The hotel rooms face the back, so in the morning you also have the noise from the loading area of the supermarket.
On the positive side, the room was in a modern condition and the staff were all very nice.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.
GGuest UserDecent hotel, just a bit old, but was still clean and had a good experience. Service in particular was great, we overslept and they let us check out late with no extra fees.
