"I stayed at The Jensens and while the location is undeniably ideal, close to everything you need and in a vibrant, convenient area, the stay was let down by a major issue. The soundproofing isn’t great, with doors frequently slamming throughout the property. However, given that it’s a hostel-style accommodation, this was something we were able to accept and move past. What wasn’t acceptable, though, was the presence of rats in the walls and ceiling above our room. We were woken multiple times each night by loud scratching and scurrying noises, which was extremely unsettling and made it very difficult to sleep. We also have audio recordings that clearly capture the extent of the problem. It’s a real shame, as the location is fantastic, but this issue seriously impacted our stay. I would strongly recommend that management address the pest problem as a priority."

"Not like photos show on internet - apartment very tired and in real need of a refresh , and a new bed which was hard and uncomfortable with just one, too large (for the neck) pillow. And really bad WiFi reception . See pics. That said, location was great, apartment was clean and everything did work."

"This is a good hotel in the city center, with everything nearby from currency exchange offices to restaurants. We didn't have sky-high expectations or demand luxury village deluxe all-inclusive service 😁, so our stay was consistently good: everything worked, hot water was available, and the elevator ran smoothly ;). The service was standard, like everywhere else: unobtrusive and as expected. I recommend it for a city-break type of vacation/ just come back to sleep at night, and spend your mornings and days exploring without worrying about the window view or other unnecessary holiday trivialities. It's a good hotel, go for it! 😁"
