AsiaFamTravelsA bit of a hit and miss. Some things were brilliant (great barista made coffee at breakfast! Eco friendly with even their teabags!) and some things were not so brilliant (massive queues to check in and check out as only 2 desks! Only found out on the last day of our 6 day stay that there was a breakfast menu you can order from and not only eat from the buffet but staff never offered it! Random maintenance men entering our room at 9am even thought we pre-agreed the time was to be 12 noon! No heating in first room leading to a change in rooms but without a bathtub and without apologies! Had to wait til 1am for a small portable fan heater to be delivered and heat the room! Credit offered for no heating not actually being applied to the final invoice! Room service ordering app doesn’t work! Etc etc). After my complaints were raised Emma did her best to try to help.

PuwuFirst stop in Sydney! Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. The location is unbeatable; it's so convenient to get anywhere, perfect for a city walk. It's also very friendly for fashion lovers.
The lobby isn't maintained very well, it only looks good when the lights are on at night.
We were upgraded to a super awesome ocean view room this time, which made me really happy!
I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast and the dinner buffet – both are top-notch in Sydney.

Anonymous UserWe stayed for 8 nights with our 3-year-old toddler, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Location: Perfect. We walked easily from the train station after arriving from Sydney Airport. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to Darling Harbour, about 15 minutes to Wildlife Sydney and SEA LIFE, and right next to Darling Square park. Plus, Coles, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, and everything else we needed were just minutes away.
Room layout: We booked a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, balcony, large kitchen, and lovely bathroom. The space was huge – ideal for a family. The dining table was a real bonus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was able to cook breakfast and dinner for our toddler each day, so we didn’t have to eat out every night. That saved us time, money, and hassle.
Service: Housekeeping came almost every day, and the customer service from the entire team was fantastic – everyone was so friendly and helpful.
If you’re travelling with a young child and want space, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend Rydges Darling Square Apartment Hotel. We’ll be back!

The hotel's location is decent, and the room was clean upon arrival. However, it was quite a long way from the airport when we arrived late at night. The hotel also mistakenly double-charged my credit card for the room, which had already been paid. Fortunately, they issued a refund and an apology once we pointed it out.

Guest UserWe had an amazing honeymoon stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park! The room was gorgeous and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They helped us sort out sightseeing plans around the city and even recommended an online same‑day Hunter Valley wine tour, which turned out to be a highlight. Big thanks to the whole team for making our honeymoon so memorable. Highly recommend!
I attached a photo of the view from our room.

xiaoshumelExcellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

OK for one night.
The hotel is above the pub, which is also very busy in the afternoon.
There is also live music there on Sundays until around 9 p.m.
Everything is perfectly fine, unless you have room 10 next to the washing machine/dryer and sleep next to the ventilation. Even though drying and washing is not allowed after 9 p.m., it was very annoying.
The hotel rooms face the back, so in the morning you also have the noise from the loading area of the supermarket.
On the positive side, the room was in a modern condition and the staff were all very nice.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

Decent hotel, just a bit old, but was still clean and had a good experience. Service in particular was great, we overslept and they let us check out late with no extra fees.
