YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

It's very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from Town Hall Station. (Although there are some steep slopes along the way) The room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveller. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby, so even though I booked a room only stay, I was able to stay there without any inconvenience.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is very reasonable. It would be better if you can check in early! In addition, the hotel staff are friendly and willing to answer questions.

My husband and I came to Sydney for the first time. We stayed in a Select King Room with a kitchen. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was in the city center, very close to Darling Harbor and very close to QVB. There was a window in the room that looked out onto Darling. Harbor and very convenient to Chinatown.

The simple bathroom was totally different from the description of the booking, and the stench was unbearable in the middle of the night; the leaking refrigerator turned the egg tarts into steamed buns in one meal, and the hotel gave me a bath towel to put in the refrigerator; the noise all night made it impossible to fall asleep... I had originally booked for three days, but I couldn't stay there any longer, so I contacted Ctrip customer service to request a refund. After understanding the situation, the customer service immediately helped me contact the booking agent and write an email to the hotel. In the morning, I went to the front desk and confirmed with the front desk manager whether I could reply to the email to confirm the refund, but I was ignored and verbally insulted, and finally threatened to call the police by the front desk manager. In this case, I called the police myself, and the police came to understand the situation. The front desk manager replied to the refund confirmation email at that time. Ctrip also processed the refund immediately after receiving the email. I don't want to cause trouble when I go out, but I can't be bullied for no reason. I have a reason to go around the world!

The room I stayed in was on the second floor facing the road. I slept well, so I didn’t feel noisy while sleeping. It would be a bit bad if I didn’t sleep well. There was also a washing machine and dryer, a gas stove, and I could cook noodles. It was very suitable for me.

It is very convenient to stay here for a 7-day business trip. There is a small kitchen for simple cooking, a table with enough space to prepare documents after work, and the bathroom is newly decorated and feels clean and hygienic. If you have already recommended the company and your colleagues are on a business trip, you can book this hotel again.

The holiday is relatively old and the aisle is very narrow. It’s better to occupy a seat.
