GGuest UserA great hotel with spacious and stylishly decorated rooms. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided in the room.
Its location is excellent, within walking distance to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore various attractions.
The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with calling a taxi.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast. It was delivered to the room door in a basket, which looked elegant, but the variety was quite limited and not as filling as a buffet breakfast.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

GGuest UserThe hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations

PPi Ka ChuWe are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

BBecks1989Comfortable and spacious for this price. It's located 5 min awah from Huendae beach with many restaurants , street market and shops around.
It was clean inside. I got two cups of water , two capsules for espresso machine to make coffee and some tissues/rolls of toilet paper . You would need to buy yourself next day all those things including toothbrush and toothpaste ( you can find it in the nearby shop ).
You will get the password to open the door of your room and also for the elevator and locker.

아아이만Hotel was 5 minutes or less walking distance from Gupo KTX station & Gupo Station Busan Line..location was very convenient. There is a 7Eleven convenient store on the 1F of the hotel too..Front desk staff was very friendly 👍🏼 Room was spacious and spotless..and the view from the room was very nice as well..Overall, very pleasant experience altogether..Would love to stay here if i came to Busan again..Thank you Hotel TT Gupo 좋은경험이었습니다 정말 감사드립니다 😄

The only problem is that the location is a bit ambiguous. If the weather is cool, it's good for walking, but in the middle of summer, you'll probably sweat quickly.
It's perfect for those with cars :)
Please note that there are no convenience stores nearby.
The hair dryer stops frequently, but you can request a replacement ^^

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was great however we had problems with the bathroom. When taking the shower the water would splash around. Taps would leak water when opening. Water pressure of the toilet and taps is slow. There was mold as well. Safety concerns of the step near the bath tub. Housekeeping is good and friendly! Staff were helpful when we needed certain things in the room. Good view. Far from the elevator as requested. Enjoyed staying here.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!

Space: The double bed was a bit small, not a standard double. The room itself wasn't large, but generally adequate. The bathroom was a bit cramped; at 185cm tall, my knees almost touched the wall when using the toilet, practically facing it.
Amenities: Can't complain. Though small, it had everything you need. The AC and mini-fridge worked great, and there was a hairdryer and slippers, which was excellent.
Location: Situated between Nampo and Jagalchi stations, it's generally a 10-minute walk to either subway station. The seafood market is right outside, and a night market street is next door, making dining super convenient. Lotte Department Store is a 10-minute walk away, with a shopping street across from it. The downside is that it's quite far from Haeundae, over an hour's journey. Main attractions near the hotel include Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo Cable Car, Busan Tower, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village. Major attractions covered by the Busan Pass, such as Lotte World Adventure, luge, yacht tours, and the Haeundae Blueline Park coastal train, are all over an hour away.

Check-in is easy; You can leave your Bags and Luggage after check-out. However, the hotel needs to improve this service by providing the ticket to the guest.
