GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right in Nampo. For those of us who prioritize convenience for shopping and dining over beach activities, this spot was perfect. Getting around from the hotel is incredibly easy. Bus stops are just a 2-4 minute walk away, and the subway station is about a 5-minute stroll. It's very close to Busan Station, and a taxi to the airport is reasonably priced at around 15,000 KRW.
The rooms are quite spacious by Korean standards, and the facilities are impressive. Our room even featured a bidet and a bathtub, plus a complimentary mini-bar. A nice touch was the hotel's coffee, which was surprisingly good. Breakfast was delivered to our door at 8:30 AM daily, typically consisting of cereal with milk or yogurt, scones, croissants, sandwiches, and boiled eggs. The taste was pretty decent.
There's an incredibly delicious pork soup with rice (Dwaeji Gukbap) nearby – make sure to ask the front desk for directions! It's a small local eatery not found on major review apps like Dianping, popular exclusively with locals, and very affordable at 10,000 KRW per serving. At the intersection, there's also an excellent BBQ restaurant. We visited it twice; it was clearly a local favorite, as we didn't spot any tourists. A portion of meat is 10,000 KRW. The two of us girls ordered three portions the first time and four the second!
The only drawback of the hotel was a slight lack of attentiveness in service. Firstly, the hotel provides two complimentary Americanos daily. For our three-night stay, that should have totaled six cups, but mysteriously, all six were marked as consumed even though we only drank four. Secondly, when we switched rooms mid-stay, a paper bag containing various personal items disappeared. This included my own facial tissues, cleansing wipes, and some damp personal items wrapped in tissue paper that were placed on top. Everything was gone. I simply can't understand why my neatly packed belongings would be just thrown out.
Despite these few drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

MMNLeoiI had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was polite and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also perfect—convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore Busan without any hassle.
One of the highlights was the overall environment of the hotel. It feels stylish yet cozy, and the facilities are well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at L7 Lotte Busan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

CChel ViExcellent location and amenities. Right next to the Train station. Lots of eateries around. Public transport very convenient- in front of the Busan station. Had direct bus services to Gwangalli beach, harundae beach and shopping centres.
Hotel room was very very clean and best feature was the handwashing basin outside the toilet. Rooms very clean and comfortable bed

AAnonymous UserIt was pretty decent. For a solo stay, it's alright. It just wasn't as convenient as I'd imagined, and there were some hairs that weren't cleaned up. The mattress could use more thorough cleaning. Overall, sleeping felt fine. If you just need a place for one night, it's neither good nor bad, especially since it's really cheap.

DDolmanguI went to watch baseball alone, haha. The accommodation was really spacious and comfortable and nice!!! It was quiet when I slept and the parking lot was spacious, so I found a place to stay that I will continue to use when I go to Busan again ~ I'm very satisfied.. the best 🍒

GGuest UserThe location was incredibly convenient; you could spot the hotel right after exiting the subway. It was also just about a 10-minute walk to Haeundae Beach. However, the only downside was a mirror positioned right next to the toilet. The front desk explained that it was for a maintenance access panel. Later, the hotel staff kindly brought some cardboard to cover it up.

TTynguyenThe hotel's location is very convenient, close to a local restaurant and a short walk from the train station. The hotel is new, and the room is small but clean. Check-in is easy; You can leave your Bags and Luggage after check-out. However, the hotel needs to improve this service by providing the ticket to the guest. The tickets will be easy for the hotel and the customer when they collect their belongings. At the moment, everyone has to leave their luggage in the hotel lobby.

Space: The double bed was a bit small, not a standard double. The room itself wasn't large, but generally adequate. The bathroom was a bit cramped; at 185cm tall, my knees almost touched the wall when using the toilet, practically facing it.
Amenities: Can't complain. Though small, it had everything you need. The AC and mini-fridge worked great, and there was a hairdryer and slippers, which was excellent.
Location: Situated between Nampo and Jagalchi stations, it's generally a 10-minute walk to either subway station. The seafood market is right outside, and a night market street is next door, making dining super convenient. Lotte Department Store is a 10-minute walk away, with a shopping street across from it. The downside is that it's quite far from Haeundae, over an hour's journey. Main attractions near the hotel include Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo Cable Car, Busan Tower, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village. Major attractions covered by the Busan Pass, such as Lotte World Adventure, luge, yacht tours, and the Haeundae Blueline Park coastal train, are all over an hour away.
