Holiday Apartments in Busan

The room was clean, but most importantly, the location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of Seomyeon, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Busan. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Also, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the traditional market is open almost every day. I highly recommend staying at Gemstay Seomyeon. It would have been perfect if they provided disposable toothbrushes, but that’s a minor detail. The location is unbeatable, as someone who used to live in Busan, I can officially give it my local stamp of approval!

Loved it here! My family and I had a very happy and comfortable stay. It looks remote but actually has everything nearby, so shopping was super convenient. It's also not too far from the attractions, which I think is great. Compared to the bustling downtown, I found staying here to be much better! The house is fully equipped with everything you need; it was easy to cook, and there was a huge refrigerator, perfect for storing all the groceries we bought at Lotte. There's even a washing machine, so I got all our clothes washed, making it so much easier to pack when we got home. My favorite part was the dressing room—the five of us really enjoyed it. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized. There was a separate bedroom and living room, with one 3-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. My friend and I stayed together and each had our own bed, which was very comfortable. The mattresses were soft and we slept very well. The living room was also very relaxing. The bathroom had a bathtub, perfect for soaking after a tiring day of walking. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided, but no toothpaste. There were large bath towels and small hair towels, as well as drinking water. The kitchen was fully equipped. Even though it was an Airbnb, the service was excellent. The staff responded to emails quickly, making guests feel reassured that they wouldn't be abandoned. I was very impressed with this accommodation.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—it’s close to both the subway station and Haeundae Beach, making it very convenient. The room and bathroom were spotless, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was also well-equipped with cooking utensils, so there was no need to worry if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Having a washing machine in the room was another big plus, as we didn’t have to bring dirty clothes back home. The only downside was that there didn’t seem to be any housekeeping service during our stay. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned while we were there. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent facilities and great value for money. Located right in front of Songjeong Station, with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, making it super convenient! Being so close to Songjeong Station also makes it easy to walk the Green Way or catch the Haeundae Beach Train! ^^

Booked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed. Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay . Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel. For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, do note that the intercity bus terminal has shifted to a bus-stop further away, so you will need to walk distance to reach the hotel.

We originally booked MzStay for 2 nights, but unfortunately we did not receive our room number before arrival. We tried calling and emailing several times, but no one responded. Luckily, we got the replied from 박중규, the manager at GemStay, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He kindly assisted us with the check-in process and arranged our stay at “GemStay”for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, bathroom and air conditioning were both perfect during our stay. I would recommend the hotel provide more bottles of mineral water for guests staying multiple nights. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Seomyeon Station (Exit 12), Bujeon Market, and nearby bus stops. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at GemStay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan who prefers a central location with convenient shopping and transportation access.

Oh, I forgot to take pictures~ The inner bedroom has two beds that can sleep 3 people, and there's another bed in the living room for one person. The bedding was clean, and my friends said they slept really well without any discomfort, which was great! I, who made the reservation, also had a very pleasant stay. It felt as comfortable as home, which I loved~ However, using the elevator was incredibly difficult. When checking out, too many people crowded the elevators, making them unusable. We missed the elevator 5 times and ended up walking down the stairs from the 19th floor to the first basement floor… ㅠ Despite that, thanks to the clean and spacious accommodation, everyone had a happy trip! It's a place I'd like to stay at again~
