"Spacious with a table and a balcony, and it's close to Nampo-dong. It's a great place to relax, feels more like a service apartment. There's a counter to store luggage, but it's pretty freeform, they don't give you a ticket to claim it, so you just have to trust them. I went during the BTS concert, so I'm sure the price was much higher."

ZZhaoduoerMy stay at this hotel really exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient during check-in; the whole process took less than two minutes. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness – as a light sleeper, I slept soundly all night. The view from the window was expansive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, especially the freshly made wontons, which were absolutely delicious. The location is super convenient too, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!
KKammisan_Everything was good EXCEPT for SUPER LOUD housekeeper young lady on her phone with speaker phone yelling in the hallway with someone she on FaceTime with while on her work shift, like she never heard of EARPHONES/ earbuds. I told her to quiet down the first time and literally within 20 minutes of that FIRST encounter she’s back at it. I’m trying to take a nap and I had to give her a stern warning about her rudeness and she thought her best solution was to close the door of the room she’s cleaning next door would suffice. Smh outside of that nice stay.
Ssecurity78We booked a Two-Bedroom Junior Suite from April 2nd to April 4th, 2026. Unfortunately, there's construction going on next to the hotel, and this room type is only available in Tower A, so we couldn't change rooms and had to make do with what we were given. This was a bit of a damper on our trip. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The living room had a huge TV with YouTube (what more could you ask for?). The bathrooms even had high-tech toilets with fancy features like heated seats and bidets. Check-in was very quick and smooth. We recommend it!

Very Good
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Urbanstay City Hall in Busan. The studio was very clean and modern; easy check-in and check-out information and the staff is very helpful. There is a kitchenette with all essential kitchen ware, however, there are plenty of restaurants and cafe' in the neighbourhood so you can easily grab some food rather than cooking in the studio. If you arrive early or depart late, there is a luggage storage for your convenience. Room cleaning is not included but you can ask for this service at an additional charge. The location is great, just around the corner there is Yeonsan metro station: orange line 1 (stops at Busan station) if you wish to go towards Seomyeon or Nampo areas; take brown line 3 to go towards Suyeong and then green line 2 to go towards Haeundae. The only issue I had was the internet connection which kept disappearing in the evening and this was a little frustrating since I rely on good connection for work purposes. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, I would go back and would recommend it to other travellers.
GGuest UserThis is already my second visit! ^^
The moment I entered the accommodation, I was greeted by the clean floors and fragrant amenities.
It felt meticulously maintained, and my first impression was positive. The beds and sofas were particularly good, making it comfortable to sit or lie down for long periods. Each balcony had artificial grass and a small table, making for a great use of space. I spent one day of my trip solely at the accommodation, and even that was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who values cleanliness and comfort.
I wanted to enjoy both the ocean and the city, and this accommodation offered both. Attractions like Blue Rain Park are within walking distance, and the beach is just a short walk away, making it a great place for a morning walk. I spent the day at a nearby cafe, and then returned to the accommodation in the evening to enjoy the night view from the balcony. The clean interior and convenient kitchen allowed me to enjoy a quick late-night snack, and I was able to relax comfortably in the living room watching TV with my family.
AAnonymous UserWhenever I visit Busan, I usually stay at other accommodations in the same building. This was my first time at L-Stay, and I am leaving this review because the condition of the room was a bit disappointing compared to other places.
It is a place with many advantages, such as convenient check-in and a spacious parking lot, but the towels used by previous guests were still in the washing machine, and the room floor and bathroom were not clean.
I am mentioning this in the hope that improvements will be made, as the issues I saw in reviews before my visit were still present.
Jjohnson koayThis hotel is centrally located and next to metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay coincide with the Busan Sand Festival. The event is within walking distance from our hotel. There are amazing large scale sand sculptures by international artists. There are many restaurants to choose from.
The only setback with this hotel is there are only 4 lifts serving 42 floors. The waiting time can be more than 5 minutes.
Suggest the hotel reprogram the lifts such that 2 lifts to serve 1 to 22nd floors and the other 2 lifts to serve certain lower floors and 23 to 42nd floors to reduce waiting time.
AAnonymous UserThe wet/dry separation in the bathroom was poorly designed; the bottom wasn't sealed properly, causing water to spill out everywhere. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It was great that mineral water, laundry capsules, and other items were available on the 11th floor for guests to take. Luggage storage is also on the 11th floor, but it's an open space. Even though there are surveillance cameras, I still felt a bit uneasy about it.

CCarol HHLThe hotel was difficult to find. I repeatedly requested detailed check-in information from the hotel the day before arrival, but received no response. Usually, hotels of this type proactively provide check-in information before arrival, but I didn't receive any. Luckily, a kind English-speaking person helped me make a phone call to check in on the day of arrival. The room facilities were a bit old, and some places were locked, but the adhesive on the locks had lost its stickiness, making them somewhat useless!
The view and room space were major pluses, and the location was the best part!
