Holiday Apartments in Busan

The room was clean, but most importantly, the location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of Seomyeon, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Busan. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Also, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the traditional market is open almost every day. I highly recommend staying at Gemstay Seomyeon. It would have been perfect if they provided disposable toothbrushes, but that’s a minor detail. The location is unbeatable, as someone who used to live in Busan, I can officially give it my local stamp of approval!

My stay at this hotel really exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient during check-in; the whole process took less than two minutes. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness – as a light sleeper, I slept soundly all night. The view from the window was expansive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, especially the freshly made wontons, which were absolutely delicious. The location is super convenient too, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized. There was a separate bedroom and living room, with one 3-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. My friend and I stayed together and each had our own bed, which was very comfortable. The mattresses were soft and we slept very well. The living room was also very relaxing. The bathroom had a bathtub, perfect for soaking after a tiring day of walking. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided, but no toothpaste. There were large bath towels and small hair towels, as well as drinking water. The kitchen was fully equipped. Even though it was an Airbnb, the service was excellent. The staff responded to emails quickly, making guests feel reassured that they wouldn't be abandoned. I was very impressed with this accommodation.

Loved it here! My family and I had a very happy and comfortable stay. It looks remote but actually has everything nearby, so shopping was super convenient. It's also not too far from the attractions, which I think is great. Compared to the bustling downtown, I found staying here to be much better! The house is fully equipped with everything you need; it was easy to cook, and there was a huge refrigerator, perfect for storing all the groceries we bought at Lotte. There's even a washing machine, so I got all our clothes washed, making it so much easier to pack when we got home. My favorite part was the dressing room—the five of us really enjoyed it. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes.

Coming to Korea for a summer vacation, Busan was our second stop, and this new hotel in Busan was by far the best throughout our trip. The bedding was new, and the facilities were complete. You could even cook your own noodles, with tableware and a microwave provided (please clean up after yourself and protect the equipment before leaving). Self-check-in on the 2nd floor was very convenient. It was also easy to pick up water from the 2nd floor during working hours. Food deliveries could be brought right to the room door. Downstairs is Haeundae Commercial Street, and it's a short walk to the capsule train and Kamakura, making it super convenient to get anywhere from here. The subway line 2 is just a 3-4 minute walk downstairs. In the evening, it was very pleasant to go to the beach and enjoy the sea breeze. The only drawback was that the duvet cover fabric was too stiff. When turning over in bed at night, the rustling sound from the duvet was quite loud. Aside from the bedding issue, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bed is just the right firmness. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. It offers great value for money and is quiet despite being in a bustling area. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station. However, I hope they improve by adding a box of tissues in the living room. Also, it would be great if they could inform guests in the check-in instructions that they need to sort their own trash. Otherwise, if it weren't for reading other reviews, I would have had no idea we were responsible for taking out our own garbage.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, night market, restaurants, convenient store and Heundae beach. However quite far from HSR Station and Airport. Rooms are clean and washing machine is a welcomed inclusion, we can keep all of our laundry cleaned everyday we stay at the hotel. After hours key drop check out is convenient

Oh, I forgot to take pictures~ The inner bedroom has two beds that can sleep 3 people, and there's another bed in the living room for one person. The bedding was clean, and my friends said they slept really well without any discomfort, which was great! I, who made the reservation, also had a very pleasant stay. It felt as comfortable as home, which I loved~ However, using the elevator was incredibly difficult. When checking out, too many people crowded the elevators, making them unusable. We missed the elevator 5 times and ended up walking down the stairs from the 19th floor to the first basement floor… ㅠ Despite that, thanks to the clean and spacious accommodation, everyone had a happy trip! It's a place I'd like to stay at again~
