"Must give this store a big five-star praise! 👍 The location is excellent, and the surrounding shopping is super convenient. The clerk's sister/brother is particularly enthusiastic and will patiently answer all questions. The environment in the store is clean and tidy, and the details can be felt. Next time you come to Jeju Island, you must choose it!"
GGuest UserI went on a trip to Kijo, but the boss was kind, clean and nice!
The swimming pool was good for children to play and we prepared welcome snacks. ^^
GGuest UserThe stay itself was very good. The room is cute and clean. The stove and the basic utensils made it very convenient if you want to make something simple. But have to be careful about the time you come in. Other than the published ”starting from 11am” , there is also lunch break when there is no body there. So we had to carry our luggage around. But the lady's altitude was very nice and tried to help us afterwards.
This is much better than the ' EL MOMENTO' and the ' B RELAX GRAND TERRACE' . The three share the same building and the same office. The receptionists of these two cannot communicate in English. Young people they are surprisingly. Even worse, the guy from the B RELAX GRAND TERRACE hid behind the desk and mocked and laughed at us for needing help.

Very Good
CcabeibaraThe hotel views are very very nice! And also the room are very clean and bright, there’s a CU convenience store beside the hotel which is very convenient for travelers! Recommend 10/10, will come again when I visit Busan!
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right inside a traditional market. One alley leads to the main street of Haeundae, and the other to the traditional market, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the beach and the subway, making it super accessible.
The front desk staff are friendly and you can store your luggage, though there isn't a dedicated baggage storage area.
There's an elevator from the 1st to the 6th floor, but no elevator to the 7th floor.
Rooms don't come with any complimentary toiletries, so you'll need to buy your own. The hotel does send a message beforehand to inform you of this. The bathroom only had two used bars of soap and toothpaste, so definitely bring your own supplies as no shower gel or shampoo is provided.
The room has a refrigerator and a stove, so you can do some light cooking.
I did find some leftover water and food in the fridge from the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned out.
