"I arrived just after 3 PM and since there was no one at the front desk, I tried to check in at the kiosk. It showed that I had two rooms booked. It seemed like the system hadn't properly updated after I canceled one room and switched to a private ocean-view room about 10 days prior. A staff member came by, was very friendly and patiently checked with the owner, which was a huge help. I felt much more at ease thanks to her wonderful smile and demeanor. The customer service deserves a perfect 5 out of 5.
There are two shower booths and two separate toilets. They don't lock, but since it's a women-only floor and you need a key card to enter, it wasn't a major concern. However, for 12-14 rooms on one floor, there's only one sink. Since there's no mirror in the room, if even one person is curling their hair at the sink with a mirror, you'll end up waiting a long time. There's no trash can in the room, so you have to go out to the floor to dispose of trash. There's also no tissue in the room, so you either have to bring your own or unroll toilet paper from the communal roll in the hallway. Disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The shower rooms were very clean, and I think Japanese guests wouldn't have any issues. My biggest concern was the air conditioning. The common floor area was air-conditioned, but my room was hot. I think it was just a fan. It might be unbearable in the summer. I stayed in June, and it was hot, so I kept my door open to let the cool air from the floor into my room while I got ready. The beach is less than a 3-minute walk away. It was a really good location."

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserThe room was soooo beautiful! Right infront of the gwangalli beach and central to other shop/cafes. Olive young just downstairs which make it easy for the girls to shop! Totally worth it. The room was so clean and the toilet even got bidet.
Totally recommended to couples as they even got jacuzzi which you can use at night, overlooking the beautiful gwangalli bridge view.
Would definitely stay here if i come to busan again.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right inside a traditional market. One alley leads to the main street of Haeundae, and the other to the traditional market, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the beach and the subway, making it super accessible.
The front desk staff are friendly and you can store your luggage, though there isn't a dedicated baggage storage area.
There's an elevator from the 1st to the 6th floor, but no elevator to the 7th floor.
Rooms don't come with any complimentary toiletries, so you'll need to buy your own. The hotel does send a message beforehand to inform you of this. The bathroom only had two used bars of soap and toothpaste, so definitely bring your own supplies as no shower gel or shampoo is provided.
The room has a refrigerator and a stove, so you can do some light cooking.
I did find some leftover water and food in the fridge from the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned out.
GGuest UserIt was a little out of the way, but very calm and relaxing stay. Appreciated the cooking tools and small induction stove available. The loft was great with very comfortable floor bedding. Would recommend for a peaceful stay that’s not too far from the station.
CcabeibaraThe hotel views are very very nice! And also the room are very clean and bright, there’s a CU convenience store beside the hotel which is very convenient for travelers! Recommend 10/10, will come again when I visit Busan!
GGuest UserI called and messaged the hotel to let them know I would be arriving much later than the 11:00 PM check-in deadline. They graciously checked me in via message, and I was able to get into my room without any issues. I really appreciate their prompt assistance.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is excellent and the atmosphere is warm, very suitable for small families. There is an exclusive parking space, which is very convenient. You can walk to Chaoshang, Qiaocun Fried Chicken, and the lively Haeundae traditional market shopping street. The living function is quite convenient. Although the accommodation facilities are not brand new, they are very comfortable overall, with plenty of hot water and available 24 hours a day, making people feel at home.
GGuest UserClean and nice place. And there are many delicious diets in the main bottle, so I was able to relax comfortably. If you look at the window, you can see the sea, so I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Finally, if you go to the 6th floor, you can feel the cool breeze while eating pork belly. Please choose this hotel.
