Busan Hotels with Gym

"We were two adults and one child, three ladies in total, and stayed in a family room with one double bed and one single bed. The room matched the pictures and felt more spacious than expected. We stayed for two nights, and after coming back from our outing on the second day, the room was spotlessly clean. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there's a 24-hour E-Mart convenience store, so you don't even need to go outside. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The room was newly renovated, and the facilities and furniture were quite good. Toiletries like toothbrushes, shower caps, and slippers were provided. The shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all from L'Occitane. The only minor flaw was the limited number of power outlets, and they were a bit loose. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍."

"The hotel is about 10mins walk away from seomyeon station. It does nkt have steep slope and easy to bring luggage around. The room itself is spacious and we absolutely love it. TV, heater, aircon all working fine. Just 1 downside is their energy saving light in toilet. It will keep going off every 1 minute or so, which require to keep moving around. But apart from this, this location is perfect, there is a nearby wet market in less than minutes walk and bus station that make travelling easier."

"The location is good, but the hotel sign is small, making it hard to find. The reception desk is on the first floor, and it doesn't immediately look like a hotel. In Korean hotels, whether they have availability or not, check-in is usually after 3 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff told us that rooms are not cleaned in the middle of a stay. When I asked the front desk staff to help me throw away some mineral water bottles, she said there was no trash can. We booked a family room, thinking it would be a duplex, but the second floor was only about 60 cm high, with one 1.8-meter double bed. They provided two blankets for the second floor, one for sleeping on the floor and one for covering yourself. The hygiene was acceptable."

"We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae."

"The location is ideal, situated within close proximity to Shinsegae mall and the subway station. The hotel reception is located on the ground floor and is notably small, sharing the space with another hotel operator. There is also no drop off or pick up point which is inconvenient for guests arriving with luggage. The room (loft unit)was adequate but I would not recommend it to guests who difficulty climbing stairs to mezzanine level and the headroom is particularly low, making it impossible to stand up. Additionally, no mattress is provided on the mezzanine level- only futon, which was too thin to sleep on comfortably. This resulted in significant discomfort and back pain. Requests for an extra futon & pillow were also subject to additional charges, which was disappointing."

"The room was a bit small, incomparable to what you'd find in China, but that's typical for hotels in downtown Korea and Japan. It was quite comfortable for two petite girls, especially since we were out exploring all day and only came back to sleep at night. The room was cleaned very well. During our two-day stay, the beds were made, and towels and trash were taken out daily. The elevator was also quick and never crowded. We arrived at the hotel just before 12 PM on our check-in day, and they let us check in early since there was an available room. The front desk ladies were beautiful and gentle. For a city tour, staying near Busan Station is an excellent choice. It's essentially the city center, and places like Songdo, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Haeundae are in opposite directions, allowing you to visit one area per day without backtracking. It's also super convenient for catching the KTX."

"We rented a room with a sea view for 3 days. Everything is as in the photo. The room is clean, there were small towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was no washing machine, although I saw it in other people's photos. Minus one star for this. To clean the room, you need to press the ”Cleaning” button at the exit, then they will definitely clean it. The noise from the trains is slightly audible until 00:00, but since we went to bed late, it did not cause any inconvenience. There is air conditioning in the room, although the hotel description says that there is none. We needed two blankets, there was only one in the room. The staff was very friendly, they responded quickly to the request. I liked the hotel, 9/10. Thanks to Busan for the hospitality!"

"The hotel was excellent. I requested a high-floor room at the front desk, and they immediately gave me one on the 21st floor. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. The hotel views were surprisingly beautiful, with the sea right below. There's even a dedicated observation deck right outside the hotel entrance. Across the street, you'll find the subway station and Lotte Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk. Down the alleyway below the hotel, there are many restaurants, including BBQ joints and fried chicken places. There's a Starbucks in the building near the bridge with beautiful window views. On weekends, dozens of late-night food stalls pop up right below the hotel, and the food is quite good. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back."

"Spacious, well-equipped smart hotel ideal for tech-savvy travelers comfortable with a 100% self-service system. Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。"

"The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use."
