"I came to Busan for the BTS concert. I originally didn't book the Lotte Hotel; at the time, there weren't many hotel options. I had booked another hotel that was very expensive, remote, and subpar. So, I had to book the Busan Lotte Hotel last minute that evening. The price was reasonable, and it didn't increase due to the concert. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very friendly and told us about the hotel's free shuttle service to the concert. Our room even came with small gifts, including face masks. Both the bathroom and bedroom were spacious and comfortable, and the elevator ceiling had a grand design."

"Right next to Haeundae Beach, this hotel boasts an amazing location with tons of great food options nearby, including coffee shops, fried chicken, Korean BBQ, and traditional soup and rice dishes. The ocean view rooms offer stunning vistas of Haeundae's iconic landmarks. The main street is packed with Olive Young stores and other cosmetic shops, and there's a Starbucks right across the street. It's also super close to the Haeundae Blueline Park (capsule train) and Busan X the Sky. On our last day, when we went hiking to Oryukdo Island, the lobby manager was incredibly helpful and proactively assisted us with getting a taxi, which was a huge plus!"

"Room very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating."

"Facilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......"

"【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent."

"Absolutely love this hotel! I'd book it again and again without hesitation. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent location:** It has its own private beach right outside. 2. **Comprehensive facilities:** Everything you need is here – pool, hot springs, sauna, restaurant, cafe, and even a bookstore. No need to leave the property at all. 3. **Spacious and quiet rooms:** The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really well. 4. **Great breakfast:** Served at the blue-label restaurant, it's very diverse and delicious. Now for the cons: 1. **Lack of luggage assistance:** Staff didn't help with bags; I had to carry everything myself. 2. **Outdated toilet:** The toilet in the bathroom was old and not smart (most places in Korea have smart toilets now). Overall, it's a solid 9/10! I really want to come back and stay for a longer period next time to truly relax."

"Excellent. The location is so great. You can walk to cable car station within 5 mins. And you can walk to songdo beach within 5 mins. Very nice facility. Have swimming pool and sauna. But you can only use the pool once per night and have time limited. Each session only 1 hr 45 mins. The pool environment is v nice n face to sea. The sauna you have to pay about 25000 won for each entry. The room is very good especially the toilet. I will visit there again if I go busan."

"Since it's a new property, it's incredibly clean. We could see Busan Station and the ferry terminal from our room, so the location is great. The front desk staff and security staff were all kind and pleasant. The facilities were also good, so I'd love to stay again. It feels more like living in a high-rise apartment than a hotel. There's a kitchen, but no cooking utensils or dishes. There are mugs, coffee, tea bags for tea. There's a convenience store on the first floor of the premises."

"Last year, I stayed at Cove, and this time I decided to try the loft room out of curiosity. Villa is halfway up the mountain, and it's not as popular as Cove by the sea. The room itself is quite beautiful, with high ceilings and spaciousness, and the facilities are relatively new. The bed firmness was just right, but the pillows were too soft, so I ended up using a clean bath towel under the pillow to get some support. The biggest drawback of the loft is that going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is quite inconvenient; you have to go downstairs, and the up and down movement wakes you up halfway. However, there's a player upstairs with really nice Korean songs, which are great for relaxing before bed and work wonders for hypnosis. Another point is that due to the lack of popularity, the restaurant operating hours are short. By almost 8 PM, nearly all of them were closed, with only one barbecue restaurant still open, staffed by a single waiter. The food was decent, but you could only order set meals, and a two-person set was 500+. Overall, it's pretty good and worth experiencing for one night, but Cove still offers better value for money."
