Hotel staffs were not friendly as described. Perhaps they can’t speak fluent English. Speak very rough sounds unfriendly, again perhaps that’s the way they speak. Top management should send them to attend hotel front desk customer service courses to improve. The rest were all good.

Excellent location, right next to Busan Station and the subway. I got a 'sea view' room, and it was lovely to pull back the curtains and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room wasn't huge, but it's a reliable Japanese chain.

This hotel is unbelievably, incredibly, and ridiculously small!!! There's no room to even open a suitcase. I only booked it because I had an early high-speed train the next morning, and it's right next to Busan Station. But seriously, it's just so, so, so tiny!

This is our second time in Busan, and we absolutely love this city with its mountains and sea. Toyoko Inn, as always, was perfect. Our family of three still reminisces about the free-flow fish cake for breakfast. It's right next to Busan Station, and the bus and subway are just 50 meters away. Hotel is just opposite the KTX station. Very convenient with lots of waiting taxi for customers. Check in fast. Counter staff speak good English. Room.is small for couple.Breakffast sufficient but purely Korean favour. Chinatown is walkable from hotel. Will use this hotel in future as room rate is cheap.
