"We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days.
Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes).
I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!"

"The room was very clean, and the hotel felt brand new after its renovation. It was also very spacious. The owner was super friendly and accommodating; if you arrive early and there's a clean, vacant room, they'll let you check in ahead of time. The hotel offers a simple breakfast, and the mini-fridge in the room has free drinks. The location is excellent: it's near Busan Station, specifically Exit 7 (or Exit 5 if you're coming from the subway, where you'll see Olive Young right away). From Olive Young across the street, walk about 50-60 meters, then turn right for another 10 meters. This spot is very convenient for public transport to Gamcheon Culture Village (take the 2-2 green mini-bus) and Skyline Luge (take the 1001 orange bus) – both are direct routes. The desk in the room has USB charging ports that work directly with Apple and Huawei devices, so you don't even need an adapter. There are also lockers in the hallway for luggage storage."

Guest UserOh my goodness, this is hands down the most beautiful hotel in Busan, no arguments! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right by Haeundae Beach with stunning oceanfront views – truly first-row ocean views! Watching the sunset from the hotel is just the best, especially with those gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. I still can't stop thinking about this hotel even after coming back. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. Choosing this hotel will seriously elevate your travel experience. The overall decor is modern, and it's super convenient to get everywhere.

Guest UserOverall, the room was convenient and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was good. The location was also super convenient. My only minor complaint is that the duvet felt a bit too thick. Check-in is officially at 3 PM. I was feeling unwell the day I arrived and asked the front desk if I could check in early, but was denied. I ended up paying for half a day to get in earlier. For check-out, they asked for 11 AM, and when I called to request a 30-minute extension, they readily agreed, which was a good point. It would have been an even better experience if the service had been a bit more flexible and accommodating.

FrederickyeoI had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring Busan.
The front desk staff handled the check-in process professionally and efficiently, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team also provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The king-size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful street view of Busan City from our room. The complimentary Nespresso coffee maker was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The only area that could be improved is the bath towels, which seemed a little old and overly soft. Replacing them with newer towels would further enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan.

Fake KoreanThe room is really spacious and beautiful. The view is astonishing! Could have been better if the room had some utensils. I called the front but it seemed like the hotel does not provide utensils at all :( If you're planning to stay here, make sure to bring utensils along too!

I was in Busan for business trip and the hotel was very spacious, modern, comfortable bedding, AC at perfect temperature, didn’t bother me for sleeping. Beautiful surrounding, beach and temple. Will definitely stay there again

Guest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, close to everything. There's a convenience store right outside, and getting a taxi is easy. Plus, there's a bakery across the street perfect for breakfast. The beach is also directly opposite the hotel, and the monorail station is very close by.

This is a very small hotel, and I found the location to be quite average. It's not too far from the sea, but honestly, I wasn't very satisfied. Especially when I first entered the check-in area, I was extremely disappointed; it felt like a small budget hotel. For the same price of 1000+, I really would have preferred staying at another hotel.
I won't even mention the room facilities and equipment. It has wooden floors, and in my room, many of the floorboards were warped and sticking up. Luckily, I'm not too old and my reflexes are quick, otherwise, I would have tripped and fallen, which would have been quite dangerous.
However, the service was good, and the room size and layout were large and reasonable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.

The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

Guest UserAbsolutely stunning sea view room! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quite lively at night. It's also not far from the bus stop. Gwangan Bridge is right outside the door. For South Korea, the value for money here is truly exceptional.
