"The ocean view, hotel location, and accessibility were all very satisfying, but everything else was a really disappointing experience. First, when I opened the refrigerator, there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest, and the wine glasses I took out to use also had visible water stains that clearly weren't from cleaning. While I can overlook the towels to some extent, they still had yellowish stains in several spots. The great view and location are huge advantages, but it makes me wonder if they're relying too much on those strengths and neglecting proper maintenance. I didn't expect a super luxurious hotel, but from the bathroom to various other areas, it just looks like a renovated motel. There were no complimentary amenities provided either (I'm not sure if they're for purchase). If the view hadn't been good, I would have asked for a refund after paying over 300,000 won. But the view really was excellent."

MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room and overall cleanliness were also great. This was a truly memorable experience because I had an urgent situation and needed to cancel my booking, which was initially non-cancellable. However, the staff were incredibly understanding and humanized the situation, eventually agreeing to cancel and refund my money. I was very touched!

MMsWhiteComplaint: I usually don't write reviews, but I just can't hold back this time! I booked a room for 4 nights and had to switch rooms twice! On the first night, before going to bed, I discovered the window wouldn't close, and a cold draft was blowing in. The hotel maintenance came to fix it for an hour but couldn't. They said they'd move us to another room, but the front desk actually called us and told us to pack our bags, come downstairs, get a new key card, and move ourselves. This was after 10 PM, and there wasn't even an apology or any assistance offered. We ended up in a corner room, and they said the hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to accept it. The second room change happened because my booking was split into two separate reservations. I communicated with the hotel at check-in and during my stay, asking if they could accommodate us so we wouldn't have to switch rooms, even offering to pay for an upgrade, but they refused, citing full occupancy. So, we had to check out before 11 AM, store our luggage, and then check in again after 3 PM. Pros: The hotel is relatively new, and the location is convenient. Cons: 1. Cleanliness is subpar; there were urine stains on the toilet. 2. Service is poor, practically non-existent, and they lack service awareness. 3. I was moved twice, staying in three different rooms, all of which were corner rooms. I had booked deluxe or superior room types, and I'm unsure if there's any particular reason for this. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory.

MMarco’s TripsThis hotel is very nice and located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get around with public transportation and taxi/uber. Attached to the Lotte mall, so go die hard shoppers it’s perfect. Many resturants to choose from in vicinity. The Korean bar-b-que was excellent. We did go to several other restaurants and all are pretty good. We had one misfire at burger joint, Tiger Pub, that sold out of burgers? Strange? Gave hotel a couple of four stars. One was that we could not get a late dinner. 10pm every hotel kitchen was closed. Not even room service. And secondly, our room toilet which was otherwise very clean had embedded pee stains in the w/c tiles. Obviously porous tiles but nonetheless not pleasant to look at.

GGuest UserBoasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. They are truly a class act!”

서녕inThis feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay.

GGuest UserI stayed here over the weekend, and it seemed like most of the nearby rooms were also fully booked. However, because it's a residential-style hotel, the noise from upstairs or next door, like in an apartment building, was quite bothersome, and I couldn't really relax. I could clearly hear footsteps thumping, whether it was from the room above or next door, and I even woke up to them in the morning. I could also hear furniture being dragged around. Since the rooms have hardwood floors and no slippers are provided, the sound of people walking heavily echoes throughout. If you're sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind when booking. I think it was even worse for me because all the rooms above and next to mine were occupied.

KKingMeowthI had a great experience here. Worthy with the price. I have read reviews before I booked and I seriously think those who expects a 5 stars treatment for a 3 stars payment shouldn’t book here. After reading reviews.. 1) I am totally okay with changing lifts and managed my expectations. 2) I brought my own bedroom slippers but amazing they provided, just that it’s not disposable versions and I think that’s totally fine because it’s clean. 3) I brought own toothbrush and toothpaste because I know they won’t provide. 4) I brought own shower gel etc. too but to my surprise, they did provide! Not as per what I’ve read (as per photos) 5) I was also given large towels and was informed during check in that we need to request if we need more and that’s not a problem. Just open mouth to ask for one. 6) I requested and had a reasonable half beach view (cropped photo) as per uploaded image. Take note, however, 1) that the make-up room and do-not-disturb room buttons can be faulty.. the cleaner came into my room when I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned when I am away from hotel room, but thank goodness nothing was missing. So they actually have honest staff. 2) you do not need a card to access higher levels so anyone can come up. Ladies traveling alone has to be extra careful. Overall, I’m so glad to give a great thumbs up for 1) a half beach view 2) convenience stores just downstairs 3) so so near to night market !! 4) walkable distance to the Haeundae metro station 5) room is so spacious for 2pax. I will come again when I visit Busan. Thank you!

GGuest UserValue for money, excellent location with view of the beach from the room, restaurants and train station a stone throw away. Only thing is the lift which gets busy during the peak hours and needing to change lift on 4th to get to room or ground floor. Other than that, enjoyed our stay!
