If you're planning a family trip, check this place out! There's an underground parking lot, room service, a kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. It's perfect for buying ingredients and having a small party at home. If you're renting with a large group, you should just bring your own spices and a big pot; you won't need anything else! The view is beautiful, there are 3 bedrooms, and all the in-room amenities are super luxurious.

Better than expected! It's surrounded by Lotte Mall and Mart, and about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. While there aren't many food options nearby, it's still convenient (there's also a convenience store). The accommodation environment was very satisfying, with excellent cleanliness and service! If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here again 😊

The accommodation was good, with several rooms, making it a pleasant stay. However, the mattress on the floor felt like lying directly on the hard ground. Also, when I unfolded the duvet to sleep, I found it was just rolled up from a previous stay, which was quite a surprise (did they forget to clean it?). I'd love to stay here again with my family, but I hope the bedding can be improved. If they could pay a little more attention to the mattresses (the current one sinks quite a bit when you sit on it), it would truly be the best place to stay.

Overall, I was satisfied, but some of the facilities seemed a bit unmaintained. Specifically, the wallpaper next to the ceiling air conditioner was damaged, and the curtains were damaged and stained. Nevertheless, with the ocean view, it was perfectly adequate for a family of four.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Traveling with the whole family, staying in this type of apartment was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and even had laundry and drying facilities, so I didn't have to worry about carrying dirty clothes around. I felt very at ease. It was also very convenient to get to nearby tourist attractions, reaching them within 10 minutes by car, which saved a lot of time. Thumbs up!

The location is a bit far from the city center. Overall, the experience was decent. This time, our family of five stayed here for 7 out of our 8-day self-guided trip. Going to Seomyeon for shopping incurred quite a bit in transportation costs, which is the only downside. However, it's very close to the luge and Lotte World.

Loved it here! My family and I had a very happy and comfortable stay. It looks remote but actually has everything nearby, so shopping was super convenient. It's also not too far from the attractions, which I think is great. Compared to the bustling downtown, I found staying here to be much better! The house is fully equipped with everything you need; it was easy to cook, and there was a huge refrigerator, perfect for storing all the groceries we bought at Lotte. There's even a washing machine, so I got all our clothes washed, making it so much easier to pack when we got home. My favorite part was the dressing room—the five of us really enjoyed it. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

It was much more comfortable than I expected. Traveling with a child, having a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and simple cooking facilities was a lifesaver. Plus, whenever I had questions or needed something, the KakaoTalk responses were super quick. Everything was conveniently located – restaurants, outlets, Lotte World, the science museum, and the beach were all nearby, which was great. I plan to visit again if I get the chance.
