Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !

This hotel in Battelle Point offers a fantastic, tranquil environment. The free parking is a huge plus. The room layout is very well designed, and the small balcony provides a great view. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to bring your own cookware. You can buy groceries at the nearby Red and Green supermarkets if you plan to cook, just remember to get your own cooking oil – the hotel even provides salt and pepper! Highly recommend.

The location is close to a small street next to the coastal pier. There are bars nearby, making it busy yet quiet. The decoration of the hotel is elegant, simple and contemporary. There is a laundry room on the floor, complete with washing powder and a washer and dryer. Although the closing time is closed, the door is not locked by visual inspection. The room is spacious and newly decorated. It is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave and simple stove. There is no peculiar smell. However, there is no heating lamp in the bathroom, the water in the wash basin is very slow, and there is no bathtub. It's about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It's a bit dark in the middle and there are less people. It's a bit inconvenient after dark. But the airport Air-bus is right next to the pier, about a five-minute walk. For Tasmania's largest city, this hotel is a top choice.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and even had a small balcony with beautiful views to wake up to! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything, including a washing machine. The bus stop right outside made it super convenient to get around. They cleaned the room daily, and I was very satisfied with my four-night stay!

One word: fantastic! The room was amazing, right by the water with views of the bay. The hotel's location offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sea. In the mornings, we even saw starfish, oysters, and sea anemones in the water. On our last day, we spotted a sea lion basking in the sun – so cute! The environment is unbeatable, transportation is convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback is that bottled water isn't complimentary.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mövenpick Hobart! The location is perfect—everything in the city is within walking distance. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable with a great view. The staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in and the whole stay effortless. The daily Chocolate Hour was definitely a highlight and such a fun touch! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Hobart. Highly recommended!

The staff is so nice and very helpful, we check in at night and the staff help us a lot. Our room is spacious with kitchen, clean and tidy. Location is great with lots of outdoor equipment shops and very close to woolworths, there are some awesome cafe close by, very enjoyable. We will back again definitely.

The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s just a short walk to the harbour and tourist information centre, where you can easily catch most tours. Conveniently close to the SkyBus stop, it’s also easy to get to the airport. We booked a spacious one-bedroom apartment, and the supermarket is within minutes’ walk. The friendly staff is welcoming to all races, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The room cleaning was satisfactory, making it a great base for exploring Hobart. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, a pretty terrible experience – definitely avoid this place: 1. I arrived at the hotel around 10 AM and was told I absolutely couldn't check in until 3 PM, with zero flexibility. 2. The hotel itself is quite low-end, and the management is very haphazard and chaotic. During the day, there were a bunch of workers doing what looked like painting or renovations, and the entire hallway reeked of banana oil. 3. After being out all day, I finally checked in around 11 or 12 PM. I had booked an executive room, but they immediately told me there was only one left, clearly trying to pull a fast one. Since I had my child with me and just wanted to rest, I didn't argue then. Later, I tried to claim a refund for the price difference through Ctrip, which was a very reasonable request. However, after Ctrip contacted the hotel, they actually lied and claimed they had offered me breakfast, which was a blatant falsehood. 4. The hotel's cleanliness was mediocre, and the facilities were quite subpar. When I checked in that night, there was a crowd of dirty-looking Sri Lankans lining up to check in. 5. The safe in the room lacked basic instruction labels. I tried to use it a couple of times and ended up locking my belongings inside. Around midnight, a staff member came to open it with a master code, then told me he was leaving and that I'd have to ask another staff member the next day for proper usage instructions. I took a few photos – seriously, steer clear of this place!

The room is quite clean!!! Honestly we have been to many places, cleanliness is top thing for travelers, so never tired of repeating this. Location is great with a nice dock view and near Coles and Woolies(8min drive). The off-hour calls are picked up and attended patiently and considerably. Quiet and easy to fall asleep. The only thing is the hot-water was gone too quick, I assume they are using the solar panels? The hot water once consumed will not come back as they promised at night. Honestly didn’t impact my family since we take quick shower for water-saving for the planet by default. But should make a note here.
