Clean and well-maintained, with everything you need. The hot water supply was excellent, and the lady were patient, friendly, and welcoming. The experience exceeded our expectations, making for a very comfortable and great-value stay—thank you!
We did hear the parrots whistling past several times like an F1 car in the middle of the night, and initially thought the soundproofing was just okay. However, in the morning we realized that a window behind the curtains had been left slightly open for ventilation, so it wasn’t really a problem. We were also impressed with the room’s heating—sleeping warm and cozy even on frosty mornings, when our car’s windshield was covered in ice.

Guest UserThe hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and even had a small balcony with beautiful views to wake up to! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything, including a washing machine. The bus stop right outside made it super convenient to get around. They cleaned the room daily, and I was very satisfied with my four-night stay!

uyoacSince other room types were fully booked, I ended up reserving a motel-style room in the annex building. The annex doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk down, which initially felt a bit eerie. However, I later found out the room had a window facing a courtyard, so it turned out to be okay. The facilities are quite basic and dated, but the water pressure is good and the price is relatively cheap. The best part is the free parking (parking on the second level is the most convenient).

The owner was very concise and straight to the point, highlighting all the key information. The hotel is located near the market and has its own backyard that can fit about ten cars. Coles and McDonald's are a twenty-minute walk away, and there's a Chinese restaurant right across the street. It's also very close to the port.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Hobart city center. Downstairs, there are numerous shops like Myer, Arc'teryx, The North Face, and the Machimachi bubble tea shop, making shopping very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. The room size was moderate, and the view was great, but the windows were quite dirty, which affected the viewing experience—something that needs attention. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices and well-balanced nutrition. Housekeeping was done daily, and the cleanliness was good. You need to use your card to access the elevators, so security is not an issue. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and could use improvement.

The room is large, there is breakfast but the taste is generally the same, there is a supermarket nearby for a few minutes, there is free parking space. However, the staff should be very small at the front desk and be responsible for room service.

Guest UserFairly decent for a budget traveller but the place is a bit dated and could do with some reno. The bathrooms are tiny and the faucets are leaky (imagine sleeping through the night with the sound of dripping water).
