Hotels Near Goat Farm Parking Lot in Southwest Penang Island

It was a very bad experience to check in here. First day when check in my room, the cleaning was too bad as picture I provide 1-7.used face mask hang at the cabinet,used face mask on top of the cabinet, tower at floor, tissue at floor,stain in the cup.unknow stain in the toilet, blood on the pillow case, snack at the floor. when staff come over the room also can't accept this happen. Very appreciate night shift staff help me to change another room for one night.(this was my room) Picture 8 is my fren room, tissue and sugar paper hidden beside bed.and the room full of u know smell. But my fren was not change the room, just ask tomorrow must come to do cleaning. 2nd day morning me move back to previous room..my room is ok, but my fren room been ask to do cleaning, cleaner report done cleaning.. But even we go out for half day and back to hotel..their never do any cleaning to my fren room. The tissue and sugar paper are still there...we do complain again.and staff change another 2 room to us immediately. OK fine, change the room again.. But my room toilet tower was totally wet as picture 9... I really don't know what to said... We pay 4days 3 night almost 520 per person... But we get this experience.. Do hope deview management can really double check the room was clean and tidy before let customer live in and make sure the cleaner do well all their job since now are still pendemic covid 19... Anyway, their staff was very helpful and appreciated for their good attitude and friendly attention.

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

Overall good experience, booked a King bedroom and it has all the basics (hairdryer, electric kettle, even a fridge!). Though the room was small but everything essential was provided. The area is close to a lot of restaurants as well.

the room different from photo shown on the website.the room provided was small for my family of 4 even though the receptionist said they provide us the new launched room which suitable for family.i knew because a friend of mine who stayed there was given a lot bigger room and she paid same price as me and she stayed with her sister only. i felt cheated and disappointed.

Such a beautiful seaview from our room window. we had such a pleasant time staying at this hotel. room is quite spacious. very comfortable bed and pillow. room cleanliness was good too. we had an enjoyable breakfast experience and my kids love playing at the beach and kid's pool. there was a long check in time when we arrived at hotel around 3.30pm. but other than that, all was enjoyable time.

Made a last minute booking at this hotel; for a one night stay. Arrived in the evening; yeah they ad the rooms ready. Staff were decent. Good size lobby. The room Got the rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a lift; so easy to go up. Small room. Toilet seems big for budget hotel. Towel was superb; fluffy and fresh. Good hot shower with good water pressure. Just the air condition was not that cold at all. Moving around is easy with Grab. There are many food store nearby. Overall, this place is decent if you have things to do in Bayan or Airport area. Just dont expect much.

Already visited here a few times. Worth it since they renovated and added the pool and garden area (for photo area). Big room, using smart TV connected to wifi and can access to your favourite shows (not many hotels got this. Even 5 stars hotel also very very seldom using smart TV, unless Airbnb). This is a very very added value point for this hotel.

This is my second time staying in this hotel within less than 3months! I just love it And I’m fact this time I came with my sister’s family as well and they are equally love it! The staff are very friendly and professional! As the hotel has high occupancy rate, we had problem with hotel parking however the hotel security manage to help and accommodate our needs! That’s what we look for when you come for vacation comfort and friendly people around you! Just look at the pictures that I took from my room! Can you beat that? It is just wow experience Will I come back again? You bet ❤️

Hi I place 3 star for cleanliness as I can smell body sweat smell once I enter the room and also along my floor corridor. It’s probably from the unchanged bed sheets / quilt cover as I was told if the guests didn’t ask to change the bed sheets it won’t be replaced. There’s is a card that you have to place on the bed if you have your room for make up. But the towels also has this bad smell even though it’s new. Perhaps Eastin Hotel Penang has to change who does their laundry. Tak fresh la bau laundry… especially your towels Not kidding I stayed at Cititel Express hotel Georgetown and the towels got no bad smells , and even though their room is smaller but at least the bed sheets are fresh and no sweat smell. Breakfast buffet is excellent - all is ok except I want to recommend to not make the quiche base sweet…. It’s supposed to be savoury ( it was mushroom and tomato filling ) so why you make it sweet?? Apart from that all is ok

I m truly amaze with the surprise by Lexis, a small request but it is truly awesome preparation by hotel. Thank you trip.com and lexis for giving us an unforgettable stay . This is our very first trip after 4 years coinciding with my hubby birthday. Definitely will visit again
