With all the Covid restrictions, this hotel is doing a great job. Staff was absolutely fantastic particularly Mateo and the young lady running the coffee machine in the morning. Mateo helped us immensely in the bar area sharing his knowledge of wine and the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very efficient. Hotel had a great location close to all major restaurants and a short walk from the major squares. A very clean and efficient hotel with a good breakfast.

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Situated just outside the old town of Alba (which is stunning) we were part of a UK group on a wine tour of Piedmont. The hotel is modern and bright if a bit corporate in design - the rooms were last refurbished in 2013. Our room on the top floor was at the front of the hotel which overlooks the ring road though we did not feel disturbed at night. Spacious with a sitting area, king size bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and there is lots of choice which set us up for the day. We did not try the restaurant though people on our trip enjoyed it. What made it for us was the staff - we interacted with reception and at breakfast and they were all welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Premise: I didn't have it. I stopped at the telephone conversation I had to go to Alba for work, so I needed to have detailed information about the costs, as I don't pay. As the room costs you have to add the parking room, breakfast is at the bar only with cappuccino and briosca (I imagine the rest is paid), and I have been asked for 10 euros more per day for cleaning because I would go with the the dog ( per day , I should have stayed three days), I aggressively dare ask why they should disinfect all day cause dogs (and therefore ask me 30 euros more) if I sleep for three nights (only in Italy). Reply: If you don't want to look for her elsewhere, I'm a kind person, so I realized I didn't want to make polemics, just understand, answer: I don't want to discuss these things. Now, travel from a lifetime and I know that scornish should not be a stick of those who do that job. Of course he lost a client, but he told me he prefers that. Good for her.
