We had a spectacular time! Everything was wonderful and very relaxing. We especially enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The food was fantastic and the beautiful lady Chaima who works in the restaurant was very sweet, nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

We travelled as a family of 4 and love the family room with the bunker bedroom. The room was spacious, beds were comfy and the shower was strong. Breakfast was included and the continental spread was great for us with healthy options of lactose free milk, almond milk, oat milk, fruits, salads, bread/ pastries and cold cuts. They even provided a wide variety of healthy natural infused water with fruits/ vege such as pineapple, cucumber, oranges etc and even frizzante water. The hotel staff, Ms Chaima was also helpful to cook us eggs and had a pleasant friendly disposition at all times to serve all the guests. Overall, this is a great hotel centrally located at Passeig de Gracia and within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, and the waitpersons, especially Chaima, were very nice each morning when we went to eat. In addition to the buffet, they will prepare omelettes or pancakes if you wish.

We had such a nice experience in this hotel. The staff is amazing, the rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a great quality and the staff from the breakfast buffet is very friendly, kind and helpful. We just love this place!!! Thanks all of the team for the hospitality and for being simply great! Especial agradecimiento al equipo de desayuno, que son un equipo eficaz y atento, sin perder en ningún momento la amabilidad. Se nota que es un equipo que ha puesto especial cuidado en la formación del personal. En general, en el hotel, hay un gran staff, llevados con gran acierto por la directora del establecimiento. Se siente como nuestra casa en Barcelona!
