"The location is great, just a five-minute walk from Diagonel Station. Love this balcony. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I noticed that the coffee machine doesn't seem to be open outside of breakfast time. I hope you can provide some instant coffee.Lockers are expensive by the way."

"Excellent hotel, I definitely recommend it. It's in a well-located area, close to Nord Station and the Arc de Triomphe. The room was great, with a mini-fridge, bottled water, and a kettle for boiling water to make coffee or tea, which are also provided in the room. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that could be improved would be darker curtains, but otherwise, everything was superb. The breakfast was delicious and complete, a buffet-style breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"At first I was concerned about the location of the hotel. Nothing to be worried about. The hotel is near the train station. (20 minutes walk). There are several options for dining around the hotel. The facilities are well kept (sauna/pool). The room was spacious and comfortable. Something to improve would be the operating ours for the bar. They close at 11. You could not get even a bottle of water unless you go and walk at least 10 minutes. Things that can improve for future travelers. 1. The attitude of the people in the lobby should represent the hotel brand. There was a staff person in the checking counter( I don’t know his name, male in his 30s…) yelling to another coworker and he didn’t mind if there were guests or not around. Truly unkind and unprofessional. 2. The restrooms in the lobby need a lot of maintenance. There were broken toilets and faucets. Besides these observations, this place is a very good option if you want to stay outside Barcelona."

"Overall, it met expectations. For a European hotel, it was quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit old, they're well-maintained. The front desk staff had a normal attitude. Housekeeping was on time, and everything I needed was there. Cleanliness was definitely not an issue. During my stay, it was my birthday, and when I came back, I found a small cake and champagne on the table, along with a handwritten card. That was a nice touch!"

"Great, close to the airport and easy to pick up and drop off. Plenty of free parking in the surrounding area which was great for those of us with cars. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin so a group next door who were having a party could be heard until the early hours. We had revenge when our toddler work up with jetlag crying at 3am so I am sure they had a similar experience a few hours later!"

"It is a fantastic choice for a Barcelona visit! The location is absolutely superb, right near Passeig de Gràcia, making it incredibly easy to walk to major sights and high-end shopping. Our room was wonderfully spacious and immaculate, offering a comfortable and quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent service!"

"The location is fantastic, right on Barcelona's bustling Passeig de Gràcia. It offers great value for money and is surprisingly quiet. The room size is good, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the decor feels quite new. I felt very secure here."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Car park was good. Breakfast could be better but should state a clear message that children breakfast are not free because I asked for breakfast included and we were charged for two children both age under 11 . Need more staff at check-in desk. But wonderful experience. "

"Facilities: There's a fridge. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: There's a large ALDI supermarket nearby. We booked two rooms; the one facing the street was a bit noisy during the day and there were cars passing at night, but it was still possible to sleep. The other room was very quiet. Free street parking is available. Service: Excellent. There's also a luggage scale next to the front desk, which requires a 1-euro coin."
