The hair conditioner and hair dryer provided were disappointing, leaving our hair tangled and taking too long to dry. It would be beneficial if they upgraded these amenities for a better experience. On a positive note, the refreshing welcome water with various fruits and mint, along with the complimentary bottles of water, chocolate, cookies, and coffee capsules, made us feel truly welcomed.

The best about this hotel is location. Close to main shopping areas and lot of restaurants around. Also not expensive as compare to other hotels near by. Good friendly desk staffs. I like rooms with balcony. But quite noisy for rooms face the street.

The location is near Plaza Catalunya, making it very convenient to get around the city center. Overall, the facilities were clean. However, I was surprised that the room size was smaller than that of Japanese hotels. I don't know if the rooms in hotels in downtown Barcelona are inherently small or just small, but this hotel is the only one, so if there are two people staying in the room instead of one, compare the room size with other hotels before making a reservation!
