Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. Special thanks to Mr Subhendu Kesh and his front office team who had taken care of our stay like a friend & guardian away from home… I look forward to visit u all soon and make more happy memories ***** with happiest stays… Lisa Paul & Amit Dey

THE BEST Part of the hotel is the Morning breakfast which is great.The Ambiance,Food,Coffee and staff behavior every thing was great. Hope to visit soon again....... Mousumi, Sushanto and Ranadeep help us to explore restaurants and ask to try the each and every food with well explainable.

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

One of the cheat service I received from the hotel, very disappointing, they charge me good amount of price for the single occupancy, in the evening I asked for drinking water, they served, lated they came with the bill asked me to signature, said it will be chargable, when I refused, they said you will get only the bottle is on the house, rest will be chargable, mean if I don't have money I can't drink water, I paid the bill being a General Manager of a luxury Resort, for me they are make me upset badly. Hope will not hunter by any other guest. That should clear before the check in that they are not feeding any water. Oops......... Most disappointing. Will not visit,may be never. God bless

Planning a Trip to Shantiniketan this Holi? Then wait a minute and take a look at this beautiful Property. 📌 The Cristallo Resort , Khoai Haat, Sonajhuri, Santiniketan, West Bengal 731235 (2 Minutes Walking Distance from Sonajhuri Haat) You can Stay at their Beautiful Cottages or Deluxe Rooms with all the modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious here and you can get a beautiful view from the balconies. I absolutely loved the lawns here and they have multiple well maintained gardens. The best part is have a full sized swimming pool and a beautiful home decor shop inside the property. The Cristallo Resort has their own Multicuisine Restaurant that serves delicious food all day long. We tried their Bengali Dishes for lunch, Some Snacks in the evening with coffee and Chinese for dinner. The food was extremely good here and the complementary breakfast was the cherry on top. Overall I had a great experience. Every corner of this property is insta worthy and the most important thing is all the staffs are very friendly and helpful here.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances.
