I would like to thank the staff for their excellent hospitality and service. I had left an expensive watch in the safe on our departure and received a call from Rafaela while on the way back to the USA to let me know that they found it. Both Norberto and Rafaela were kind enough to help in having my watch shipped back to the US via DHL. I compliment both of them and their entire staff for their honesty and assistance. The hotel location is excellent and I would definitely recommend anybody visiting Bari to stay at Dilman. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

The staff here are really amazing. Very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and is in the heart of the city. Thankfully they also have smart TVs so you can log into Netflix, etc. Everything you need is just a block or two away (shopping, Old Bari, train station, etc). We enjoyed our stay at Dilman a lot more than our hotels in Rome.
There were only a few minor issues. The bath towels are so small they’re like hand towels. The toilet seats are very high, so if you’re ＜ 5’8” your feet might not even touch the ground. But these are small problems.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the Dilman hotel.

Location fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable, guest relations so accommodating loved the place. Hotel in center of town close to restaurants, coffee shops the beautiful boardwalk for a morning walk. Shopping is a walking distance. Just great.

We booked the please based on the pictures in the internet and we found it to be even nicer than the pictures. We had the best time, the best service and a really home feeling. I must say say that Norberto was so great and kind and he made all efforts to accommodate our requests. We recommend Dilman Luxury Stay very very much.

Very nice hotel centrally placed. we parked our car 200m away as per their recommendation . Excellent receptionist and a good breakfast. All we wanted My only complaint would be about the plastic sheet under the sheet on the bed. Not necessary

Norberto was a great host when we arrived, he showed us everything and mapped out the area for us. The other front desk staff were very helpful as well. The room was perfect, well appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend

A super location in serene location of the charming city . The accommodation is neat and practical with very obliging receptionists.The arrangement for breakfast is practical with staff that is always willing to ensure guests are satisfied.

This is the best place to stay in Bari as the location is walking distance to the train station , old town , restaurants, shopping , promenade etc. Both Raphael & Norbert were so pleasant and their service were impeccable. The room was cosy & well equipped. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.
