"Everything was perfect. Especially breakfast!! I highly recommend that book your accommodation with breakfast. Room was also clean. housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. Walls thinner than I expected but it was quite ok. Additionally the hotel gifted the welcome drink at the bar. If I come to Bari again I definitely will stay this hotel again! 🥰🥰"

"The hotel is new, so the service is still poor. When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this. The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable. It is very noisy with the window open. We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast. The cleaners do not understand English. For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom. These are the minuses. Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi."

"I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. "The room is wonderful! The spa is excellent! The breakfast and service in the restaurant are excellent! The reception staff is different. There are very nice and pleasant girls, but, unfortunately, not all of them are like that( When checking in, by mistake, I was given a room without a balcony, when I went down and asked to change it. They changed it for me, but with such an expression on their face, and I won't even mention the apology for the inconvenience caused.. They also didn't say anything about breakfast at the reception, and about the spa accordingly.. Many people in this hotel really need courses on working with guests"

"The hostel is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every two or three days, and all common areas are always well maintained. You can really feel that cleanliness is a priority here. The room is quite small, as mentioned in the description, so this is not a surprise. There are a few small things that could make the stay even more comfortable. There are no hangers in the room, and in the shower there is no shelf to put shampoo or toiletries. If small details were added, like a shower curtain in each shower, a small shelf near the bed, hooks for outerwear, and better kitchen knives, the place would be perfect."
