"The hotel is new, so the service is still poor. When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this. The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable. It is very noisy with the window open. We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast. The cleaners do not understand English. For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom. These are the minuses. Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi."

"The hotel manager contacted me very early to the hotel, which made me feel safe. When I arrived at the hotel, the manager was already waiting. When I checked in, I explained the password and key of the downstairs door in detail, and introduced where to see the Christmas lights and attractions. The room is very large and beautiful, the neighbors are also very good during the stay, sleep quietly at night Breakfast can be made with a variety of eggs and coffee, fruit and a variety of bread cakes are also rich. It is a good experience."
