LLouislin770805The room is very warm, and there is free parking service, which is very convenient for self-driving passengers, but the only thing to note is that the landlord requires the towels provided by the tenants' hotel to wipe their bodies, not for other purposes, so when leaving, Accidentally stained coffee, after check-out, the landlord called to warn us to pay attention next time

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great.
We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool.
The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this.
The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable.
It is very noisy with the window open.
We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast.
The cleaners do not understand English.
For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom.
These are the minuses.
Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi.

GGuest UserOne of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back
