One of the best hotel in Bari. Location is good but what is best is the view of the hotel! Been there a few times but this trip has to be the best experience ~

From start to finish everyone made our stay so special, we managed to check in early when we arrived, the room was clean and very modern with a lovely view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. We would definatly go back tot his hotel a really good base in a great location

Bem localizado, em frente ao mar com uma vista linda Atendimento muito bom, recepcionistas educados atenciosos, prestativos assim como os maleteiros Hotel com um grande lobby e um bar Quartos grandes, confortaveis, banheiro também grandes com todoas os amenties A decoração dos quartos e tb do hotel é que é de um gosto "estranho" mas não compromete O café da manhã é excelente, servido no restaurante do ultimo andar , com uma vista linda É relativamente perto do Centro, uns 10 minutos de caminhada

La 5° stella è sicuramente regalata! È una struttura da 3 stelle superior, non oltre. A parte la posizione sul lungo mare che è davvero impareggiabile, il resto lascia molto a desiderare. La pulizia della hall è dei corridoi è superficiale, per non parlare della colazione. In un 5 stelle mi aspettavo le crepes fatte al momento, invece nulla di più che 4 croissant, marmellate e succhi di frutta confezionati, mozzarelle e focaccia. Le camere spoglie con asciugacapelli "preistorici". Insomma nulla a che vedere con i 5 stelle del Trentino!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura in occasione della Deejay Ten di Bari La camera, per le stelle della struttura , presentava interruttori delle luci e citofono esterno rotti . Abbiamo chiesto alla reception che venissero riparati ma senza successo! La pulizia della camera è sufficiente ( qualche pelo trovato sul lavabo ) Molto grande la Hall e accogliente ! Buona la colazione con dolce e salato come anche la Cucina dove si trovano prodotti di qualità , il tutto Serviti al piano settimo dove si gode una splendida vista di Bari ! Ottima anche la posizione per visitare la città ! Prezzo giusto !

Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo prenotato due notti per il 25 e 26 aprile una camera comfort. Arrivati abbiamo immediatamente segnalato che il condizionatore pur spento era rumoroso e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero provveduto. Alle 10,30 rientrati in albergo abbiamo verificato che non era avvenuto e ci hanno cambiato stanza per cui abbiamo dovuto rifare i bagagli e spostarci. Il giorno dopo rientrati in albergo alle 12,30 hanno chiesto di spostarci nuovamente, pretendendo dunque un secondo spostamento e un terzo rifacimento dei bagagli in meno di 24 ore. Alle nostre rimostranze, dopo molte discussioni, e senza aver potuto parlare con il direttore della struttura, neanche telefonicamente in quanto assente e non “disturbabile” neanche fosse un ministro della Repubblica, ci hanno “graziosamente” concesso di rimanere nella camera, dietro il pagamento di un supplemento udite udite non solo per la seconda notte, ma anche per la prima dimenticando che l’emergenza non era dipesa da noi. Abbiamo pagato il supplemento di 120 € per le due notti, ma certamente sconsigliamo vivamente la struttura. In conclusione 5 stelle? Ma anche no.

An toller Lage direkt am Lungomare. Vom Restaurant;auch Frühstück; Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer, atemberaubend. Grosse Zimmer in hellblau, modern und freundlich. Top Service mit Valet Parking. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und haben es einfach genossen.
