Muy buena atención , la habitación es fresca , buena insonorización ! A un precio adecuado , volvería sin pensarlo , además la ubicación es excelente a media cuadra del parque principal , cerca a los restaurantes icónicos. Lo recomiendo , 10/10 para escapadas de finde semana

Boutique hôtel zen avec un joli patio agrémenté d'un bassin.En plein centre du village et proche des restaurants, il est malgré tout très calme. Une jolie terrasse permet une belle vue sur les toits de la cathédrale et la campagne alentour. Petit déjeuner à la carte avec un chocolat chaud délicieux. Ne pas manquer le camino réal, 1h45 de descente jusqu'au village de Guane , la visite des chapelles et du cimetière très typique. Il y a aussi une fabrique de papier à base de sisal, dont les ouvrières sont des mères isolées.

Un hotel absolutamente lindo, limpio, amplio y muy agradable. La habitación es muy amplio, bien decorado y el baño también es muy amplio. Le hubiera dado 4 sobre 5 pero hubo un inconveniente sobre el desayuno q no estuvo incluido. Cuando reserve, pensé que estaba incluido pero parece que me equivoqué. Cuando revise la diferencia en tarifa era solo 30 mil pesos. Hable con el gerente y pregunte si podía pagar la diferencia por el desayuno pero me dijo que no. Que tocaba pagar 25 mil pesos por persona y que el no podía hacer nada sobre el asunto. Me parece muy triste que un gerente no tenga la autonomía o la gentiles de asegurar que los huéspedes queden felices. Creo que en cualquier otro hotel el gerente diría, venga le cobro los 30 mil pesos y pueden desayunar. Pero no… Con este tipo de atención al cliente lo único que aseguran es que uno no regrese a este hotel. Que también me parece triste pq el hotel es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado.
