I was extremely pleased with my 4-day stay at Posada la Nube. Location is great, near all major attractions, dining and entertainment. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, although the latter was a little outdated and in need of a refurbish. Also, there was no closet in the room which was inconvenient for me who stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; there is even a menu, so one can have a different choice of breakfast every day. I will gladly return to Posada la Nube. In fact, I just reserved another week

Hôtel fantastique
Tout a été parfait, depuis l’enregistrement jusqu’au départ. Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. Le « jugo de uva » à l’arrivée est le bienvenu. La chambre est confortable et le lit aussi. La cour intérieure est très belle et calme. Le petit déjeuner est typique, copieux et succulent.

Muy bien ubicado, su concepto coherente con su atención y personal. En especial Maria Fernanda, a quien felicito por su desempeño y compromiso. Sus espacios muy bien decorados y de buen gusto. Cada detalle impecable. El desayuno en cantidad adecuada, sabores naturales ! Todo bien preparado. Vale la pena reservar con tiempo el servicio de cena! Mi única recomendación es que contemplen cambios de colchones y almohadas.

Es lamentable que al llegar al hotel nos demos cuenta que teníamos un valor pendiente por pagar. Según nos informaron el IVA no estaba incluido. Nunca supimos que el valor pagado desde la reserva no tenía IVA. La operadora con la que trabaja este hotel es muy deficiente no suministra información a tiempo, no contestan por teléfono, ni por WhatsApp, cuando lo hacen se demoran en dar información y no conocen ni la ubicación del hotel ni nada sobre el municipio.

I liked the open air area in the center of the hotel where they served breakfast and it included a relaxing area and even a hammock.
