Absolutely horrible. To start we had a problem registering when we arrived. The first night we ate at the restaurant downstairs and the waiter tried to lie to us that the tip on the bill was for the hotel and tried to get us to leave a second tip. This was obviously a lie. Then the AC in the room was broken and wouldn’t cool. We ended up changing rooms the second day. The flooring in the shower is extremely slippery when wet and one of my family slipped and fell and cut their feet. At 8:30 AM there was a knock on the door to come in and change the towels. Fifteen minutes later another knock on the door to check charges for the mini fridge. We would never stay at this hotel again. Maria the restaurant supervisor was helpful.

The staff was great, the rooms are nice, but we had tons of minor inconveniences, the first room we got, the AC was not working, so we had to sleep in another room, they were very nice and gave me an upgrade, the suite was super spacious and nice, but the washer/dryer was not working, the hair dryer was missing and the replacement broke… and the floors could use a good mopping.
The staff was always nice and helpful. They could invest on maintenance of the facilities.
It is convenient to major shopping centers and restaurants. The pool area is very pretty with great city views.
