"My wife and I went for the carnival and the hotel definitely takes you right to experience the Barranquilla carnival. Music and entertainment during breakfast, the staff with their carnival makeup, everything was great. Clean hotel, friendly staff, the only thing they could try to improve would be the breakfast, which doesn't have much variety. For someone who stays more than two nights (which was what happened to us) the breakfast is always the same. But we would definitely come back."

"I made a booking trough this app for this hotel and when my parents turn up to the hotel oh surprise, there was no booking for them. They took my money and didn't have a reservation, even though I received an email with the “confirmation “ of the reservation. To top it off the hotel is terrible and nothin g like the pictures… the customer service lacks attention and diligence."

"Must read before booking. Normally don’t make a fuss of places but this is one I wanted to share my poor expirience. Sadly the hotel needs slot of improvement and work needs to make this place at least descent. Can’t not arrive before 3.00pm for check in or you may have to pay 30.000 to access the rooms before 3:00pm The rooms don’t have connection with reception, so will have to go every time to reception. The tv was not working, the sheets were old and the AC while working was just very tatty n the light or connection switches ehhh dangerous! Staff was somehow not friendly at the start, but got better! Breakfast, was very poor, Alice of white bread, some warmed up eggs, juice from a bottle n could not have a second coffeee unless I pay. Overall, a lot of room for improvement and management n wieners need to improve this place which could be really nice. Also was overpriced, hence why my complain! "
