Terrible service. I stayed one night with a friend who came from Chile and they charged me double... I had to call several days to resolve.
In the end they gave me back part in money and part in points (Which is not fair).
I clarify that an official damages the entire name of a hotel and the customer experience.

Nothing out of the ordinary. What really got my goat was the fact this place wasn’t cheap! And with that, you would expect something to match the price. Stale bread at breakfast really left me with a bad taste (no pun intended). I arrived at 0615 with a start of 0600. So either the bread was laid out last night or it wasn’t fresh. Either way I wasn’t happy. Did it matter since I had toast? No. Did I expect more from a HILTON? YES!! Not the end of the world but still not up to standard. Tut tut, Hilton.

Amazing staff. Good value for the quality of the hotel in Barranquilla. Good restaurant and location close to mall plaza. Only problem is pool and gym area old and not staffed.

Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there watching us.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy buen aire acondicionado, personal atento y amable, el desayuno rico y con variedad de opciones. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, confortables y la mía con una linda vista (solo deben limpiar un poco los vidrios al exterior). Cuenta con un lobby amplio, ******, piscina, gimnasio las 24 horas. Muy buena opción en Barranquilla. Vale la pena!

The property is in a good neighborhood.. its very quite.. close to the shopping mall.. however the pool doesn’t have a bar… or music… u can order with staff beers , etc.. but doesnt have music..
