The rooms are very good, super comfortable, you can rest without any problem and above all you will have good service, you can order breakfast, lunch and even if you prefer, I recommend them...

There was no internal parking, we had to leave the car outside, the toilet lid seemed burned, the bed was very short. My feet were sticking out and I'm 172, the air is hardly cold, the carpet in the room feels sticky because it's dirty, the only good thing was the breakfast and attentive staff. The facilities require remodeling

My stay was regrettable, it claims to be a 4 star hotel, as a customer I don't give it a single star. The first day I arrived, organizing my clothes in the closet, I found a cockroach, I asked to change my room, they gave me one that has no window anywhere, zero ventilation. They move me back to another room and I find 3 cockroaches again. Really unpleasant. How can they rate it 4 stars!!!! The mattress has no protector, they put the sheet directly on it, totally unhygienic!!! The pillowcases are deformed. The hotel is quite neglected, unused and very dirty areas. We stayed 4 nights and we realized that in the middle of the pandemic they do not change the sheets or covers in the rooms, we had to demand the change every day because they say that they already changed it without being true. Otherwise there are no complaints regarding attention or services.
