Everything is very neat, the breakfast is ok, more teamwork is needed so that all the staff have the same information, or that they have information. Some know and others don't. There was no TV signal. There was no safe deposit box, which is super important to me. There are better hotels in Barranquilla for a lower price.

I would not like to return to this hotel. The first room had no hot water and the second had a bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfasts never impressed me, although the employees tried very hard to make us feel comfortable, the truth is that our stay at this hotel was not pleasant.
I value the good disposition of its employees, but the hotel is not what it shows on social networks

Very nice hotel! The service was excellent and the staff always responded with great service and a smile.
The pool area was often in the shadow, and the pool was designed for adults, not for kid’s play.

It said the staff was supposed to be bilingual and speak English too. That was not my experience but luckily my GF is from Barranquilla and communicated for me.
