There are only two room types on the hotel's official website. The basic rooms include inward-facing rooms with no lighting and those with daylighting. We were assigned to an inward-facing room. The lighting was poor and the stay was very depressing. After asking to change rooms, we were still given an inward-facing room. However, you do not need to pay extra for an outward-facing room. When you check in, you must ask the front desk for an outward-facing room. As far as I know, the room on my side of the room seemed to be the only one on the night I checked in, and other guests were assigned to it. Outside facing room type and the room was very dirty. It's worth mentioning that the common areas are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable.
There are only two room types on the website of the hotel, but some with open-view while others with interior view, we had been allocated to a room with interview and the room was so dirty especially in the bathroom.

I only stayed for one night. The design of the hotel is good. The interior of the lobby and the rooms are very modern and new. The bed is by the window but the curtains are very light-blocking. It is quite comfortable to stay here. Recommended! The mattress is relatively soft, it depends on personal preference. The 24-hour library and pantry are a plus, you can drink sparkling water at any time

Not recommended! Don’t get carried away by the pictures and location of the bed! There are other hotels in Canberra and they are all good! Don't step on the thunder!
The room is crowded, the layout is inappropriate, and you don’t get what you need!
The bed looks great. It explodes when you lie down. There is no support. It is softer than a water bed. Getting out of bed is as difficult as climbing to the sky! 😂
