"We stayed for the Canberra Marathon Festival. The location was close to the main event area, and there is a cafe and a foodstore close by. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet but there are a few restaurant's and bars along the lake about a 10-minute walk away. Uber's were always only a minute away. We had a great time seeing the sights, a lot of them are within walking distance from the hotel."

"Canberra is a verdant landscaped city. While public transport is somewhat limited its small size and excellent walking pathways offer 5-10 minute walks to reach most major amenities or local shops and services. Hotel Realm is in the very central Barton district and a healthy walk to most major sites and museums, galleries and houses of parliament. Overall a good choice for both business and tourists."

"The room is small but well equipped. The bed is comfy. The public area is nice.  The library provides with free cold and sparkling water. It is so easy to bottle up the water before I head out for the day.  They also have a microwave and coffee machine. They provide complimentary apples which are crunchy and sweet. The $6 muffin is also good.  The neighbourhood is mostly government offices. The e Parliament House is in walking distance. However, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. "Location in a lovely garden setting was perfect and parking out front of the hotel was easy and convenient. Very quiet at night. Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not. The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka."

"Park Suites Zero One Hotel, this hotel is very good, very good, the room is large and parking is convenient, the hotel restaurant is also delicious, the hotel's location is also very good, very quiet and very good"
