Friendly staff (they noticed it was my birthday and gave us a voucher for 2 drinks at the hotel bar).

This hotel location are SUPERB. Train station, Tram Station and Euro Airport bus all stop infront of train station which is only 50 meter away. Tram stop infront of the hotel. The service quality an excellent. All the staffs are very friendly, professional and hospitable. Love everything about this hotel.

Good location.

Hotel Schweizerhof location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the Main Train Station, and the city tram station is just in front of the hotel. They also provide us a free city tram bus ticket for our stay which is a bonus. We just slide our luggage onto the tram and then get off at the pier, only 15 minutes ride, to embark on our river cruise, so convenient. The staff is also nice and recommended restaurants to us. 👍👍

Hotel is cheap, location is good, breakfast also nice. Only non perfect thing is that the reception lady is unpleasant, the guy is better in service.

Everything is ok, room clean and comfortable, good breakfast. It is in a very busy place (near the station and tram stops) but it is not noisy.

Just opposite the SBB terminal, it is convenient to travel. Summer rooms still have winter quilts. It’s so hot. When I asked the hotel, there were no summer quilts. Uncovered and cold, miserable

The room is really, really clean! For a place with such a strong sense of laziness in Europe, the hygiene is pretty good! The hotel is just opposite the train station, a 2-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are first-class, the room is very clean and spacious, and I am particularly satisfied with it.
