Friendly staff (they noticed it was my birthday and gave us a voucher for 2 drinks at the hotel bar).

This hotel location are SUPERB. Train station, Tram Station and Euro Airport bus all stop infront of train station which is only 50 meter away. Tram stop infront of the hotel. The service quality an excellent. All the staffs are very friendly, professional and hospitable. Love everything about this hotel.

Hotel Schweizerhof location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the Main Train Station, and the city tram station is just in front of the hotel. They also provide us a free city tram bus ticket for our stay which is a bonus. We just slide our luggage onto the tram and then get off at the pier, only 15 minutes ride, to embark on our river cruise, so convenient. The staff is also nice and recommended restaurants to us. 👍👍

Hotel is cheap, location is good, breakfast also nice. Only non perfect thing is that the reception lady is unpleasant, the guy is better in service.

The hotel is just opposite the train station, a 2-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are first-class, the room is very clean and spacious, and I am particularly satisfied with it. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel also gives me a Basel card, which allows free public transportation during my stay and discounts on tickets to some attractions.

Very satisfied! Clean, comfortable and warm. Enough space for 2 people. Excellent location. Close to the train station but very quiet.

When I wanted to move into my room after checking in, I noticed the smell of stale smoke in the room, which is an absolute no-go for asthmatics. When I asked about this deficiency at reception, I was immediately assigned an odor-free room in the same category, which saved the situation. Very friendly service. My room faced the station square and the rumble of the trams when crossing the points from 4:30 a.m. was really annoying and had a very disturbing effect on my sleep. Next time (if there will be a next time...?) I would ask for a room away from the busy square. I can highly recommend this hotel for travelers who sleep soundly and have good noise tolerance against the diffuse rumble of trams: Centrally located, friendly service and nice sightseeing offers.

Very good breakfast and super nice quick staff

It is located right in front of the central station, so it is the best location for those who use trains and trams. However, it is not very good for traveling by car. It's an old hotel, but it looks like it's been remodeled. It was funny that there were cycle machines in the room. It was impressive that there was a facility to provide free drinks and water on each floor. However, in Switzerland, in order to eat indoors, you must have a eu vaccination certificate qr, and if you receive room service, the service fee is over 10,000 won, but breakfast was included, but I couldn't eat breakfast. Note please.

位置：離火車站咫尺之遙🚉出行交通非常方便，還有各路電車可以抵達想去的地方，酒店位置可謂鬧中取靜，非常適合出遊或商務出差選擇入住🏨 衞生：看着還是很乾凈的，各處都符合有點潔癖星人的標準，洗手間也非常寬敞，還配備了護手霜，算是舒適性酒店裡聽周到的服務了👏🏻 房間大小：空間寬敞，窗户面積大很明亮，還配備了健身單車和瑜伽墊，出乎意料的驚喜呀，房間窗户望出去還能看到車來車往與當地人自由自在的即興演奏，瑞士人的小日子看來真是歡樂啊
