Friendly staff; bit far from city center but location is few minutes walk to the tram station so still accessible; rooms are clean and spacious but no or insufficient sound proofing—the first night I was there, a couple from the other room was having fun and I can hear them 😆

Great location. About 10-15mins walk from the main train station. The air circulation in the room wasn’t that good. It was rather stuffy making it hard to sleep at night. Tried adjusting the thermostat but it didn’t work. The bathroom is clean however the water heater couldn’t work properly and it was 7 degrees outside. 😓

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Service staff friendly. location was a bit of a walk from the tram. The budget ibis was actually nearer

Great Service, Good Support Staff and very nice breakfast.

Breakfast is good, it gives us a very nice morning for the rest of the day. (One suggestion for the yogurt, it would be great if it is in yogurt cup.)

Housekeeper took my pale grey bath towel and I raised the lost and left my contact and postal address during my stay however no reply to me so far.

We stayed here one night and at 9.30 in the morning a service person came to knock on our door to see if we were leaving and wanted to come and clean the room, which made us feel uncomfortable and brought forward our departure because it gave the impression that we were bothering. The room is small but it was clean

The room was too hot and the air conditioning was almost useless! But the service staff was very nice and very good
