great staff they let me check in at 9am after a redeye flight so I could rest before a funeral, excellent staff in bar and dining too

Used a few times before. It’s a clean and convenient hotel. Easy check-in, great staff, lovely breakfast.

This was our fourth visit over the last few years, and it's gradually being upgraded. The lounge and dining rooms have been finished, and the bedrooms, sorely in need of updating, are due to be begun in September. Excellent service and food at a reasonable price. Even on the ground floor, it is quiet and peaceful. Easy to find off the M3.

Dated rooms, with centrally controlled aircon (heating only in winter months). No power at bedside for device charging. Food was very poor - paid £16.50 for a small pizza, that had the taste and consistency of cardboard. At breakfast the orange 'juice' was actually orange drink
