Not recommended. That's it. the price on the application is different from the actual, online orders are given a different room to the actual, really disappointing the room is narrow and small for that price there are still many better hotels in Batam. so far I can only give

🗓️ February 03, 2025 → February 05, 2025 & as per booking made should be accomodated with 1 queen bed room for 2 nights but unfortunately we as your couple guests were given a double bed room (2 single beds!??)
