You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.

My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Place was book thru Trip.com Place was great and it is very Instagramable. food are great but limited to few choices still cant complain about that, Services is superb. on the dining area waitresses are accommodating and helpful. Rooms are very big although we got some problems in the AC unit it was leaking inside the room, but we got switch to a better room instead. Also the staff that are roving around are very helpful and cheerful. special kuya alboy he even ask us to get our pictures together around the area. Thank you po may mga couple pictures kami. Over all booking at Cintai Coritos Garden is a memorable experience for us. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

We booked to join friends as we were in Mabini area. Website talks about a luxury resort with a long list of amenities and activities. Well done photos make look like it has a lovely sand beach. No such thing. The sand is grey and is on a platform before getting to the sea. Some pebbles and mostly broken and eroded coral. Reality is somewhat different from luxury. Bling- bling small resort who tries hard to do everything but doesn’t do any very well. Rooms were comfortable for a 2-3star and had been renovated , but the advertised « sea view » was through a smallish side window. For all rooms. Plumbing needs rework. But a full minibar at decent prices was a nice amenity. Staff was generally nice, but generally lacking training and direction. Food comes from a rather basic and not very hygienic small kitchen and takes a long time to be delivered to either restaurant or other places. However, they will serve you anywhere you want in the resort, which is nice. Overall all staff very pleasant and accommodating. Food itself was very average and many items not available. At times the staff returned 2-3 times to say sorry not available. Huge portions made for 4-5 persons resulted in a lot of wastage. Probably better suited for Filipino families, like the rest of the resort. Definitely not for well traveled foreigners. At each meal staff gave us some complimentary drinks, which was nice, although not needed. Dive was OK, but diving center is a joke. Boat staff helpful and pleasant. So, overall it needs a lot of cleaning up, more focus and competent management. Meanwhile there are so many better resorts in Mabini area.

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! Thank you Phia, Josie and the rest of the staff whom kept our room very clean, well stocked and smelled really good. Until our next stay, take care of yourselves! It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.

For a 2.5 hours drive from Manila, you get to reach this beautiful property with great views and a good beach. Service was great as they tried to accommodate requests. The dining staff were very attentive. Special thanks for Alex from F&B who set up a beautiful dinner under the sky for us. It was under the tree, overlooking the infinity pool and the peninsula. It was beautiful. Additionally, if the seaview casitas are available- try to book those as they offer a good ocean view and great ambiance.

We stayed at Spets Garden hotel for 3 days, and booked the 2 bedroom family room and 2 jr deluxe suite for my mom and aunt. The food was great, the room is clean, the family room is gorgeous with a nice view of Sabang beach. The Hotel Manager, Mark is very accommodating as well as the hotel staff. We felt well served and the place feels so exclusive for us. Though the family room is located on the top, its like climbing a 7th floor, but its worth it because of the very nice view .We rented out a jeepney to bring us to white beach the whole afternoon and return in the evening. We both enjoy sabang and white beach during our stay. We will definitely come back.
