You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

The hotel room is large, but partial to 4-star standards, bamboo. The beach environment is very good, the sand is very fine, there are various water activities but you have to pay extra, there is a car in the park to take you to the beach, and it is very close by walking. The food is relatively monotonous, but overall it is a very relaxing resort, and I would like to go again.

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! Thank you Phia, Josie and the rest of the staff whom kept our room very clean, well stocked and smelled really good. Until our next stay, take care of yourselves! The hotel is convenient because it is accessible to almost nice place in the city. The staff are all polite and aproachable. The rooms are big enough to stay and its clean. The internet connection is consistent. The bathroom also is huge and there is a hot shower. Youll never regret staying and the best thing is the lower room rates and the flexible check-in time. You can check-in & check-out anytime you like without any hidden charges. SALUTE.!

Service and hotel was fantastic. Very relaxing and the food was A+++ only negative was a lot of confusion with the final bill. I think it should be more itemised and in Filipino currency not US. Whenever you order food you should be given a bill. You are not really sure if it is accurate. Otherwise I would stay again.

For a 2.5 hours drive from Manila, you get to reach this beautiful property with great views and a good beach. Service was great as they tried to accommodate requests. The dining staff were very attentive. Special thanks for Alex from F&B who set up a beautiful dinner under the sky for us. It was under the tree, overlooking the infinity pool and the peninsula. It was beautiful. Additionally, if the seaview casitas are available- try to book those as they offer a good ocean view and great ambiance.

Another fantastic stay at the Manara. It’s been a while due to the pandemic. They have been busy making a lot of expansion and enhancing the place all together, they even added another pool! The ambiance is very chill, it was peaceful and serene. The food was all top notch too, great selections of nice local offerings as well as fine imports.

Place was book thru Trip.com Place was great and it is very Instagramable. food are great but limited to few choices still cant complain about that, Services is superb. on the dining area waitresses are accommodating and helpful. Rooms are very big although we got some problems in the AC unit it was leaking inside the room, but we got switch to a better room instead. Also the staff that are roving around are very helpful and cheerful. special kuya alboy he even ask us to get our pictures together around the area. Thank you po may mga couple pictures kami. Over all booking at Cintai Coritos Garden is a memorable experience for us. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.
